Police Reports October 7, 2014

On October 7, an officer observed a vehicle make an illegal u-turn along Beacon St. The vehicle was pulled over and the officer asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was unlicensed and the registered owner had an active warrant. Class E drugs were found in the vehicle and confiscated. The driver was placed under arrest for possession and unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle.

On October 7, an officer responded to Park St for a report of a package theft. The individual was notified that the package was delivered in the afternoon but could not locate it. The matter is under investigation.

On October 7, officers responded to a report of shoplifting along Boylston St. Once confronted, the suspect fled the store toward Chestnut Hill T Stop. The suspect was stopped on the train and placed under arrest for shoplifting.

On October 7, officers responded to a bank along Commonwealth Ave for report of a robbery. A male subject entered the bank and demanded cash from the bank teller. The subject left the bank after taking the cash. The man is described as a white male, in his early 20’s, 5’5”, no facial hair, wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black hat. The matter is under investigation.

On October 7, officers responded to a bank along Harvard St for a report of an attempted robbery. A male subject entered the bank and demanded cash from the teller. The subject then fled. The matter is under investigation.

On October 7, officers responded to a business along Boylston St for a larceny report. An employee’s purse was taken from the business sometime during the day. The individual’s personal credit cards had fraudulent charges made. The matter is under investigation.
