Police Reports September 10, 2014
On September 10, an officer conducting random query of a
license plate pulled a vehicle with an expired registration. The officer asked
for the driver’s license and registration. Based on information obtained at the
scene, cocaine was discovered in the vehicle during its inventory. The driver
was placed under arrest for possession of cocaine with the intent to
distribute.
On September 10, an officer observed a vehicle drive through
a red light at the intersection of Davis Ave and Washington St. The vehicle was
pulled over and the officer asked for the driver’s license and registration.
Based on information obtained at the scene, the driver was placed under arrest
for driving under the influence of alcohol.
On September 10, an officer conducting traffic enforcement
pulled a vehicle over that did not stop at a stop sign. The driver did not have
a license. The vehicle was turned over to the owner and the driver is issued a
court summons for the violation.
On September 10, an officer responded to a report of stolen
bicycle on Beacon St. The individual last saw her bicycle on September 7 locked
to a pole. The matter is under investigation.
On September 10, an officer conducting traffic enforcement
along West Roxbury Parkway observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed.
The vehicle was pulled over and the driver had a suspended license. The vehicle
was turned over to an active operator and the driver is summonsed to court.
