April 3rd - 5th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 12:09AM(4/5) – Charles St/ Beacon St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator had been driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 8:15PM(4/2) and 8:00AM(4/3) – 1 Centre St Lot

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the front passenger window had been smashed. A GPS and iPod were taken. The GPS was mounted on the windshield and the iPod was in view. Detectives are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 5:30PM(4/3) and 12:20AM(4/4) – Pleasant St/ Commonwealth Ave

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the rear passenger window had been broken. A bag containing personal papers had been taken. Detectives are following up on this case.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 8:00PM(4/1) and 6:30PM(4/3) – 54 Stearns Rd

Victim reports that upon returning to their apartment the front door had been forced open. Many items had been taken. Detectives are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 7:00AM and 11:00AM(4/4) – 400 Heath St

Victim reports that a suspect gained access to their room while they were sleeping. Their laptop computer was taken.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 1:10PM and 3:40PM(3/29) – 183 Grove St

Victim reports that their cell phone had been taken out of their purse. Police are following up on this case.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 5:30PM(4/4) and 8:00AM(4/5) – 1620 Beacon St

Victim reports that the glass front door of the building had been damaged. Detectives are following up on this case.
