November 9th Police Reports

Stolen MV

  • Occurred between 11:30PM (11/08) and 6AM (11/09) - 1000 Boylston Street

Victim reported that sometime overnight her 2002 Lexus ES300 valued at appositely $12,000 was stolen from her assigned parking space.

Summons

  • Occurred at 9:50AM (11/09) - 194 Grove Street

An employee at Temple Emeth reported seeing a suspicious male enter her private office area and attempt to open the safe, after calling police she provided a description of the subject. Police were able to locate this individual a short time later at the Putterham Library where an employee reported seeing the same male suspect going into an Employee Only area and that employee stated she believed that the suspect entered a janitor’s office. Police were able to identify the suspect and informed him he would be summonsed to court for breaking and entering of a depository, and will be additionally charged with trespassing for his actions at the Putterham Library.

  • Occurred at 2:15PM (11/09) - Beacon Street/St Mary’s Street

Police reported seeing a man painting the street with spray paint, and after informing the man it was up to town employees to properly mark the roadways and that if he continued criminal action would be taken against him. Police saw the subject painting the street again a short time later and informed him that he will be summonsed to court for Malicious Damage, and Graffi
