Breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 1:00(7/8) and 8:00(7/8) – 52 Fairway Rd.

Victim reported that his vehicle had been broken into overnight. Victim states that, the next morning, he had observed the driver’s side door was not completely closed and secured. There was no indication of forced entry into the vehicle. After having gone through the vehicle, victim reported missing change. Police are following up on the case.

Fraud

  • Occurred 1:17(7/8) – 350 Washington St.

Victim reports of an unauthorized charge having been made on her Credit Card. Victim suspects her ex-boyfriend may have been the one to have used the card since he had used it once before. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 11:00(7/2) and 8:18(7/8) – 1559 Beacon St.

Victim reported having received a call from Discover in regards to an address change on her credit card account. Victim states that she canceled the card because she never opened an account with Discover. Victim concerned that someone has her Social Security Number along with other personal information. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8:00(7/7) and 4:00(7/7) – 165 Chestnut St.

Subject reported that his grandfather’s debit card and cash had been missing from his apartment. The account was closed. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 12:00(6/29) and 6:00(6/29) – 1731 Beacon St.

Victim reported missing items from his apartment. Victim states that he had been on vacation for five months and suspects that one of the cleaners may have taken them. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 4:00(7/6) and 7:15(7/7) – 20 Chapel St.

Victim reported having place a depository envelope into the office’s lock-box. Victim stated that upon retrieval of the envelope, all the cash was missing. Victim stated that he had locked the box after placing the envelope within but found it open the morning after. Police are following up on the case.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 7:30(7/3) and 8:29(7/6) – 1319 Beacon St.

Victim reported that the door handle to a Bank of America building had been broken off. Victim stated that he found the door handle wedged in the door jam to keep the door open. Police are following up on the case

Breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 12:00(7/2) and 9:00(7/5) – 262 Bonad Rd.

Victim reported three cases of eyeglasses were stolen from his unlocked vehicle. Victim reported that the cases contained twenty-five pairs of eyeglasses each. Police are following up on the case

Harassment

  • Occurred between 2:00(5/1) and 11:46(7/6) – 18 Alton Pl.

Victim reported being harassed by an ex-boyfriend. Victim reported that she had asked him to stop communicating with her but would not comply. Suspect refused to leave victim alone once police had advised him to do so. Suspect was placed under arrest after he was found breaking into victim’s apartment.

Burglary

  • Occurred 11:46(7/6) – 18 Alton Pl.

Victim found an unknown white male in his daughter’s apartment. Victim reported that he had found the foyer door unlocked and when knocking on his daughter’s door, it had swung open. Maintenance worker reported having found a key in the lock of a rear door. Suspect was arrested and charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony.

  • Occurred 1:51(7/6) – 112 Centre St.

Subject reported that his brother was missing a great deal of money from his bedroom dresser. Subject reported having known that the money was in a plastic bag when it was last seen. The victim had been advised to remove his property so that the apartment could be rented out, but having received no response the property was removed. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 10:00(6/29) and 11:00(6/29) – 51 Upland Rd.

Victim reported having lost his cell phone. Victim reports that a construction worker, from the construction site across the street could possibly be in possession of his phone. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 10:00(7/1) and 5:10(7/6) – 55 Village Way

Victim reported his stolen license plate before having left out of town. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 11:21(7/6) – 114 Davis Av. (#2)

Victim reported that a bartender had mistakenly given her a credit card that was not hers. Victim stated that she had went back to the bartender who told her that he must have mistakenly given her debit card to someone else. Victim checked her account and found three unknown purchases that had been made in the course of the past few hours. Police are following up on the case.

Fraud

  • Occurred between 9:00(6/29) and 6:00(6/29) – 19 Winchester St.

Victim reported identity theft once having been informed by her bank of a large sum of money that had been withdrawn from her account. Police are following up on the case.

Open and Gross

  • Occurred 4:00(6/30) – 678 Brookline Av.

Police were dispatched due to reports of a suspicious person in the area. Victim reported that the individual had exposed himself to her and a co-worker a week ago and was back again. Suspect was placed under arrest for Open and Gross Lewdness.

Assault

  • Occurred 2:30(7/1) – 1120 Beacon St.

Victim reported being assaulted by an individual who she was mutual friends with. Victim reported that she had been in an argument with the suspect who had driven away with her car after having assaulted her. Victim located her car with the help of a friend. A stolen vehicle report was filed and a request was made to issue a warrant for suspect’s arrest.

  • Occurred 2:18(7/4) – 70 Pearl St.

Police responded to a call regarding a dispute between three males. Police stopped a vehicle that held the two suspects described by the caller. Caller reported that she had observed the two male suspects involved in a physical altercation with a third party. Caller stated that the third individual had walked away after the altercation. The two were yelling random stuff at the passing third party while they were driving. The two suspects reported that they didn’t know who the third individual was. Police are following up on the case.

Breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred 8:31(7/3) – 72 Goodnough Rd.

Victim reported that his brown leather shoulder bag had been taken from his van. Victim reported that the bag contained his personal papers. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 12:00(7/5) and 2:24(7/5) – 224 Walnut St.

Victim reported that her passenger side window of her car had been smashed. Victim reported that her neighbor had called the police when having noticed the broken window. Victim stated that nothing had been taken from the vehicle. Police canvassed the area for other vehicles that may have been damaged.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 6:30(7/4) and 2:20(7/5) – 64 Francis St.

Victim reported having returned home and finding her desktop computer and monitor missing. Victim didn’t notice any forced entry. Upon further investigation victim found that his laptop and hard drive were also missing. Police suspect that access may have been gained through the kitchen window. Police are following up on the case.

Graffiti

  • Occurred 11:20(7/2) - 1356 Beacon St.

Victim reported graffiti on the exterior wall of his building. Victim pointed out three separate spots that had been marked. Police are following up with the case.

  • Occurred 10:48(7/3) – 289 Harvard St.

Police were called to a Qdoba Restaurant for a report of graffiti by an employee. Victim reported that he had discovered the graffiti during his routine check of the building. Police were directed to the rear of the building where the graffiti had been found. Police are following up on the case.

Fraud

  • Occurred 5:34(7/2) – 34-A Park St.

Police reported to the home of an individual that reported she was a victim of an internet scam. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 5:54(7/2) – 33 Kent St. (7)

Victim reported of an individual having tried to do a change of address under his Bank of America account. Victim gave police the new intended address, from Georgia, for the account. Victim canceled his credit cards and changed his account information. Victim’s wife reported having her wallet being stolen few months ago. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred 2:18(7/2) – 1302 Beacon St.

Victim reported of a white female suspect that stole a sweater from his store. Victim reported that she had seen the female take the sweater and had asked her to return it once she had walked out. Suspect returned the sweater to the victim.

  • Occurred 3:49(7/2) – 299 Harvard St.

Police were dispatched to a scene at Panera Bread where a victim reported her purse was missing. Victim stated that she had observed a man walk around her table twice before she noticed her purse was gone. Victim described the suspect as a black male with a green jacket and a baseball hat. A customer from the store reported having seen the black male sitting directly behind the victim and had been reaching down behind his chair where the purse was located. Police were given the security tape from the store. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 1:30(7/3) – 144 Boylston St.

Victim noticed that his GPS device was missing when having arrived to work. Victim viewed the tape from the surveillance system in the store and saw that his delivery person had taken the device from his desk drawer. Police are in the process of retrieving the video footage.

  • Occurred between 10:30(7/3) and 11:45(7/3) – 285 Harvard St.

Victim reported that her purse had been stolen while having coffee. Victim stated the she had placed the purse behind her. Customers in the store reported a suspicious black male that had been sitting behind the victim. Customers stated that the suspect had been moving to different tables without placing an order and then had left. Victim cancelled her credit cards. Police were made aware of a purchase that had been made at a gas station. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 5:25(7/3) – 1309 Beacon St.

Police received a call from a store that reported a black female having shoplifted a pair of jeans. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 6:20(7/3) and 6:27(7/3) – 299 Cypress St.

Victim reported his bike having been stolen from his driveway. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 10:00(7/1) and 4:30(7/4) – 0 Larz Anderson Garden

Victim reported stolen vegetables from a given plot of land by the town. Victim reported having returned to harvest a few of her vegetable plants that she had been growing and noticed them missing. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 5:30(7/5) – 302 Harvard St.

Police were called to a clothing store where the loss prevention employee had observed a suspect stealing a pair of socks. The employee took the suspect into his office and called the police. Suspect was placed under arrest for shoplifting and advised of a no trespass order for the store.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred 3:50(7/4) – 1024 Beacon St.

Police were called to a scene of a liquor store where a window had been broken. Store owner had been called on scene and reported that beer bottles from the display had been missing. A few of the display bottles had been shattered. Police are following up on the case.

Suspended License

  • Occurred 9:47(7/4) – Davis Av/White Pl.

Suspect was stopped due to having come close to causing a collision with a police cruiser. Driver provided registration of the vehicle but was unable to provide a license. Police ran the New York license number that the driver provided and the result came back as suspended. Suspect was arrested fro not being duly licensed and failing to yield the right of way to oncoming vehicles.

Warrant

  • Occurred 4:289(7/2) – 1322 Beacon St.

Police were dispatched to a site where a suspect had been recognized as a person who was responsible for a previous larceny. Police stopped the victim and informed him why he was being questioned. Suspect was placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant.

Breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 5:00(6/30) and 5:17(7/1) – 284 Warren St.

Home owner reports her employee’s vehicle was broken into. A handbag and contents were stolen. Victim reported having found glass from the window on an article of clothing within vehicle. Victim advised to cancel credit cards and checking account. Security tape from home security system was reviewed. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 2:30(6/30) and 3:00(6/30) – 50 White Pl.

Victim reported several deep scratches on the driver’ door and on the side sliding doors of his vehicle. He also found a note under her windshield wiper. Victim mentioned that it was not the first time the car had been damaged. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 7:00(6/30) and 11:57(7/1) – 5 Perrin Rd.

Victim reported of her smashed front passenger window of her vehicle. Victim stated her purse was missing as well as other contents. Victim advised to cancel credit cards and checking account. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 6:21(7/1) – 285 Dudley St.

Victim reported that her unlocked car had been broken into. She found contents of the console and the glove department shuffled about but nothing was missing. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 11:55(6/30) and 4:00(7/1) – 68 Brington Rd.

Victim reported that her vehicle had been rummaged through. Victim reported nothing had been missing but contents of her ashtray were on the floor. When victim called neighbor, they too reported a similar incident with their car. Police are following up on the case.

Fraud

  • Occurred between 9:00(6/23) and 5:00(6/26) – 191 Davis Ave.

Victim reported of two previous separate unauthorized withdrawals from her checking account. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 11:00(6/30) and 8:00(7/1) – 73 Monmouth St.

Victim reported a missing planter that was lining her staircase. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 11:00(6/30) and 9:00(7/1) – 1319 Beacon St.

Police responded to a call regarding damage to a Bank of America ATM machine. The key board has been smashed and several wires were exposed. Several marks on the machine seemed to have been made by a brick. The bank manager is working on sending video surveillance to detectives.

Victim reported graffiti in the men’s bathroom of his restaurant. Victim brought attention to the three different locations that had been marked. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

· Occurred between 11:00AM (6/29) and 12:00AM (6/29) – 1309 Beacon St.

Victim reported of a white male with a messenger bag that walked out of his store with two Xbox game controllers and an Xbox hard drive.

· Occurred between 12:00AM (5/15) and 5:09PM (6/29) – 1125 W ROX PK.

Victim reported missing a watch from a wooden box that had been hidden under numerous articles of clothing. Police are following up on the case.

Burglary

· Occurred between 7:00PM(6/29) and 7:01(6/29) – 127 Park St. B

Victim reported of a tampered door knob of the front door to her house. Officer on scene noticed marking on the door knob. Officer accompanied the victim as they checked to see if anything had been taken. Victim was advised to contact police with any further concerns or trouble.

Fraud

.Occurred between 1:13PM(5/4) and 1:PM(6/26) – 365 Boylston St

Victim reported that a subject deposited a fake check and had withdrawn the money before the bank discovered that the check was a fake. Subject stated that she was not aware of the fake check when it was given to her. She stated that she was going to file a report with police.

.Occurred between 12:01AM (1/1/06) and 2:05PM (6/27) – 99 Kent St.

Victim reported of his Social Security Number being used by another individual for employment purposes. Currently unknown if number being used by multiple/single suspect(s). Victim requested a police report establishing fraudulent use of SS#. Police are following up on case.

Arrest

.Occurred 5:00PM (6/26) – 96 Longwood Av.

Individual reported of a male sleeping in the vestibule. Suspect was intoxicated and stated that he was visiting a tenant. Suspect was placed in protective custody.

. Occurred 6:25PM (6/26) – Boylston St. / Lee St.

Officer stopped suspect for speeding. Driver presented a temporary paper license that had expired. Owner of the vehicle had her license suspended and was not allowed to renew. Driver was arrested and issued a citation for speeding and operating after suspension.


. Occurred 3:23PM (6/27) – Harvard St.

Officer reported to scene of a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. Owner of vehicle was intoxicated and refused medical attention. Suspect was placed under arrest and vehicle was towed.

.Occurred 9:45PM (6/27) – 194 Chestnut St.

Police arrived at a housing complex in regards to a report of loud disturbance and yelling. Tenant had been arguing with his mother due to a male that was present in their residence. The unidentified male was found intoxicated and hiding. He was arrested in violation of his No Trespass Order. Once at the police station, male suspect became verbally abusive and belligerent towards the officers.

Larceny

.Occurred between 7:00PM(6/26) and 7:05PM(6/26) – 375 Boylston St

Victim reported that two individuals had stole four bottles of alcohol. Police were given a DVD copy of the video from the store.

.Occurred between 8:00PM (6/20) and 10:00PM (6/26) – 233 Aspinwall Ave.

Individual informed police of how his license plate, from the front of his vehicle, had been stolen in past week. Stolen vehicle (plate only) report was filed.

  • Occurred between 7:00PM (6/26) and 4:25(6/27) – 7 Kendall St.

Two individuals reported of stolen bikes from a bike rack. They stated that they had secured the bikes with a combination lock. Officer noticed that the cable lock had been cut. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 5:00PM (6/11) and 6:30(6/11) - 345 Harvard St.

Victim reported of a stolen cell phone from stroller. Cell phone service was canceled. Police are following up on the case.

Breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 6:00PM (6/25) and 6:00PM (6/26) – 55 Lee St.

Victim reported of her missing purse from front seat. She told officer that she normally leaves her doors unlocked. Police are following up on the case.

Disorderly Person

.Occurred between 07:59PM (6/28) and 8:30PM (6/28) – 1322 Beacon St.

Officers reported to scene of an intoxicated and verbally abusive individual. Subject was disoriented when questioned. Passengers from the train reported suspected having made several inappropriate comments. He was transported to hospital for evaluation.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 9:00PM(5/27) and 12:00PM(6/3) – 336 Washington St

Victim reports that their bicycle was taken from their basement. The basement is usually secure, but the victim believes that another tenant in the building forgot to secure it and that is how it got taken.

  • Occurred at 4:00PM(6/25) – 227 Cypress St

Victim reports that a suspect had just left the store without paying for their items. The police searched the area and were able to find the suspect. After further investigation it was decided that the suspect would be summonsed to court.

Arrest

  • Occurred at 11:25AM(6/25) – Linden St/ Harvard St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving after their license had been suspended. The operator was arrested.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 5:30PM and 6:30PM(6/25) – 24 Juniper St

Victim reports that upon returning to their car they noticed that there was writing in Sharpie marker on the driver’s side door. While the police were talking with the victim a witness came forward and identified a suspect who claimed they did it and wanted to accept responsibility for this action. The suspect will be summonsed to court.

Victim reports that the driver side window had been smashed overnight. It appeared that someone had gone through the interior of the vehicle, but nothing was taken.

Arrest

  • Occurred at 12:37AM(6/25) – Beacon St/ Kent St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

Victim reports that a suspect came into the store and took two items without paying. The victim was able to catch the event on their security cameras. Police are following up on this case.

Assault

  • Occurred at 2:00PM(6/22) – 22 High St

Victim reports that there was an unwanted person at their apartment. The suspect was engaging in an argument with the victim when the suspect suddenly pushed the victim. Police arrived and with further investigation told the suspect that they would be summonsed to court.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 2:45PM and 3:17PM(6/22) – 99 Pond Ave

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the passenger door was open and the lock had been punched out. The victim’s tools were missing from the vehicle. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 9:00PM(6/21) and 4:27PM(6/22) – 70 St Paul St

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the passenger window had been smashed. The GPS had been taken. Police are following up on this case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 9:00PM(6/19) and 12:30AM(6/20) – 26 Elm St

Victim reports that while at a gathering they left their bag in the kitchen, while most of the guests were in another room. The victim then checked their bag later to find that their cash was missing out of their wallet. The police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred 6:51PM(6/19) – 525 Harvard St

The victim reports that they noticed that the suspect appeared to be concealing something underneath their jacket as they were leaving the store. The victim checked the area where the suspect was and noticed some items missing. The victim then followed the suspect out of the store and told them to come back until the police came. The suspect complied and was arrested when police arrived on scene.

  • Occurred between 9:00PM and 10:00PM(6/19) – 27 Brook St

Victim reports that they left their bicycle in their back hallway. When they returned, the bicycle was missing. Police are following up on this case.

Arrest

  • Occurred at 1:30AM(6/20) – Beacon St/ Hawes St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

  • Occurred at 6:40PM(6/21) – Boylston St/ Fisher Ave

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving without a license. The operator was arrested.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 12:00PM(6/13) and 3:15PM(6/20) – 1401 Beacon St

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle they found that the rear window had been smashed. A MP3 player had been taken. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 3:45PM and 4:00PM(6/20) – 68 Monmouth St

Victim reports that they were returning their equipment back to their vehicle. When returning to their vehicle, they noticed that some of their equipment was gone. Police are following up on this case.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 11:00PM(6/20) and 4:00AM(6/21) – 68 Wolcott Rd

Victim reports that their apartment had appeared to have been ransacked. Several electronic items were missing. It is believed that the suspect gained entry through an unlocked door. Police are following up on this case.

Larceny

  • Occurred at 12:01PM(6/18) – 4 Pearl St

Victim reports that their wallet was missing when they returned from lunch. They were advised to cancel all their credit cards. Police are following up on this report.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 8:00AM(6/15) and 6:00PM(6/18) – 701 Hammond St

Victim reports when they returned to their apartment from a weekend vacation, several pieces of jewelry had been missing. It is believed that someone obtained a copy of the victim’s key to gain entry. Police are following up on this case.

Assault/ Arrest

  • Occurred at 4:30PM(6/18) – 24 Hamilton Rd

Police were called for a dispute between two people. With further investigation police found that the dispute was between a boyfriend and girlfriend and the girlfriend was arrested for assault and battery.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 6:45PM and 8:10AM(6/17) – 77 Marion St

Three vehicles were broken into overnight at 77 Marion St. The first victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the rear window had been smashed. A GPS was taken from the center console. While on scene police noticed a second vehicle with the rear window also smashed. Police contacted the victim who stated that the only thing missing was a projector out of the trunk. A third victim reported that they found their antenna snapped of their car and on the ground. It is believed that the suspect gained entry by unlocking the door with the antenna through the slightly open sunroof. Nothing was missing from the third vehicle. Police are following up on this case.

Larceny

  • Occurred at 12:30PM(6/17) – 279 Harvard St

Victim reports that two suspect took items from the store without paying for them. The suspects were found and with further investigation police decided that the two suspects would be summonsed to court for shoplifting.

Larceny

  • Occurred at 3:00PM(6/16) – 306 Harvard St

Victim reports that a suspect left the store without paying for their items. The victim gave the police a description of the suspect. The police were able to find and with further investigation arrest the suspect.

  • Occurred at 4:34PM(6/16) – 294 Harvard St

Victim reported a suspect currently taking items from the store and stuffing them into their clothing. The police arrived on scene and with further investigation returned all the items to the store and released the suspect who would be later summonsed to court.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Reported at 5:03AM(6/17) – 216 St Paul St

A passerby informed the police of a vehicle with its rear window smashed. The police contacted the owner of the vehicle for an inventory of the vehicle to find out what was missing. The police are following up on this case.

Arrest

  • Occurred at 5:40PM(6/15) – 1431 Beacon St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

  • Occurred at 7:37PM(6/15) – 1 Brookline Place

Victim reported that a suspect was smashing car windows and that they have fled towards Station St. Police arrived on scene to find a suspect with a hammer and witnesses saying that the suspect had just smashed the window of a business. With further investigation the suspect was arrested.

  • Occurred at 12:36AM(6/16) – Boylston St/ Warren St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving after their license had been suspended. The operator was arrested.

Larceny

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving after their license had been suspended. The operator was arrested.

June 11th Police Reports

Larceny

  • Occurred between 1:00PM and 2:00PM(6/11) – 115 Greenough St

Victim reports that they left their bag in the waiting room during an appointment. When the victim went back to the waiting room the contents of the bag had been dumped out and their wallet, iPod and cell phone were missing. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 2:00Pm and 4:00PM(6/10) – 61 Park St

Victim reports that money was taken from their apartment while a cleaning service was there. It is suspect that one of the cleaners took the money out of the drawer where it was kept, when they straightened out the drawers. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred at 7:36PM(6/11) – 525 Harvard St

Victim reports that two suspect attempted to leave the store without paying for their items. The victim was able to stop the suspect that had all the items, while the other suspect fled the scene. Police then arrested that suspect.

Victim reports that the suspect was pacing back and forth underneath their window. The victim then called 911. When police arrived on scene, the suspect began to flee the scene. Police were able to find and arrest the suspect.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 9:00PM(6/8) and 8:22AM(6/9) – 173 Laurel Rd

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle many of their items had been taken. Items include a laptop and a digital camera. It is believed that the suspect gained entry through and unlocked door. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle many of their items had been taken. Items include an iPod and a bag containing personal items. It is believed that the suspect gained entry through an unlocked door. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that while having company, money was taken from their apartment. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 12:50PM and 1:15PM(6/9) – 299 Harvard St

Victim reports that they left their bag on the back of a chair while eating. When they were done the bag containing their wallet, cell phone and keys was gone. The victim was advised to cancel their credit cards and to have the locks on their house changed. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that their bag was taken out of their cart while they were shopping. The bag was found in the trash can in front of the store. Only the cash was missing. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that their purse was taken out of their office while they were not there. The victim reports that they cancelled their credit cards and responding officers advised the victim to also change the locks to the office. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that upon returning to their apartment many items had been missing. These items include jewelry, a laptop and an iPod. It is believed that the suspect gained entry through an unlocked door. Police are following up on this case.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 7:45AM and 6:00PM(6/8) – 80 Rangeley Rd

Victim reports that upon returning home the rear window of their vehicle had been smashed. There was no entry into the car. Police are following up on this case.

Arrest

  • Occurred at 12:47PM(6/5) – 1223 Beacon St

Officer reports that while in the area they observed a suspicious person walking back and forth in between parked vehicles. The officer approached the suspect, as a result of a further investigation, it was learned that the suspect had four outstanding warrants for his arrest, and he was arrested.

  • Occurred at 4:33AM(6/6) – 416 Washington St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

  • Occurred at 12:47AM(6/7) – Beacon St/ Chestnut Hill Ave

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 8:00PM(6/2) and 7:00AM(6/3) – Dummer St/ Pleasant St

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the front driver’s side tire was slashed. Police are following up on this case.

Suspicious Person

  • Occurred at 12:53AM(6/7) – 227 Washington St

Victim reports that a suspect is banging on the doors and walls outside of their apartment. The suspect fled the scene and was found attempting to break into someone else’s apartment. Police arrived on scene and arrested the suspect for disorderly person and breaking and entering.

Robbery

  • Occurred at 1:30AM(6/7) – 26 Loveland Rd

Victim reports that while walking with the witness on Loveland Rd, two suspects came up to him and demanded everything in his pockets. The victim reported seeing a black handgun in the suspect’s hand. The victim gave the suspect his wallet and cell phone; the suspects did not take anything from the witness. The victim described both suspects as between 20-25 years old, and approximately 5’6”- 5’7” in height. One suspect was a black male; the other was a hispanic male. Police are following up on this case.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 5:00PM(6/3) and 8:57AM(6/3) – 381 Warren St

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the passenger side window was smashed. An iPod, digital camera and a pocket book were taken. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 7:30PM(6/2) and 7:30AM(6/3) – 35 George’s Lane

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle their bag was missing. Victim reports that they left the window rolled down and that’s how the suspect would have gained entry. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that they left their wheel chair outside, because it could not fit through the entrance of the building. When the victim returned, the wheelchair was missing. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that two suspects were taking items from the store without paying for them. The victim then called police who were able to find and arrest both suspects.

June 2nd Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 8:00AM(6/2) – Boylston St/ Warren St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving without a license. The operator was arrested.

Breaking and Entering

  • Occurred at 2:05PM(6/2) – 10 Waldo St

Police received a call of a suspect breaking into a vacant building. When police arrived on scene, they found the suspect painting on the walls. The police contacted the owners of the building to notify them of the damage. The suspect will be summonsed to court.

Larceny from a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 3:20PM and 4:00PM(6/2) – 50 Fisher Ave

Victim reports that at 3:20PM they returned to their van to return some tools, and locked the doors. When they returned to their van at 4:00PM, the side door was open and several tools were missing. Police are following up on this case.

Unarmed Robbery

  • Occurred at 9:37PM(6/2) – 41 Park St

Victim reports that two suspects had just robbed her. The police immediately responded to the area, where they were able to find and arrest one of the suspects. The suspect claimed that he was not with anyone else and would not give any information on the second suspect. A state trooper and their K-9 came to search the surrounding area for the victim’s belonging, most of which were found spread out along 19 Auburn St’s side yard.



Armed Robbery

  • Occurred at 10:57PM(5/29) – Winchester St/ Thorndike St

Victim reports that while he was walking on Winchester St. two suspects came up to him, one in front and one in back, and demanded money. The suspect standing in front of the victim pointed a silver hand gun at the victim. The victim was then patted down by the suspect behind him, who took his Mercedes key from his pants pocket. They then fled the scene. The victim can only describe the two suspects as black males both in their early 20’s approximately 5’9”in height and a slim build. The victim could give a little bit more description in saying that the first suspect was wearing a light weight jacket with red on it and possibly other colors. Police are following up on this case.

Assault

  • Occurred at 10:00AM(5/22) – 33 Dwight St

There was a mutual assault and battery between two employees of a daycare center. One employee was upset with the other over how she was doing her job. A verbal argument turned into a shoving match between both employees. Both will be summonsed into court on mutual assault and battery charges.

Victim reports upon returning to their vehicle the passenger door was open. The victim’s briefcase was missing. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that the suspect was taking items from the store without paying for the items. The victim stopped and detained the victim until the police arrived to make an arrest.

  • Occurred between 7:00PM and 9:00PM(5/29) – 221 St Paul St

Victim reports that they left their bicycle in the front foyer of their building. When they returned the bike was missing. The bike lock appeared to have been cut by a tool. Police are following up on this case.

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of alcohol. The operator was arrested.

Victim reports that their purse was taken from inside their home. It is believed that the suspect entered the home through a screen patio door which was left unlocked. The suspect then took the purse back out onto the patio and dumped its contents. Only the cash was missing. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that a suspect threw a rock at a first floor window. The rock broke the outside pane of the double paned window. Police are following up on this report.

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving after their license had been suspended. The operator was arrested.

During a routine traffic stop officers found the operator was driving after their license had been revoked. The operator was arrested.

  • Occurred at 2:26AM(5/29) – Harvard St/ Beacon St

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. The operator was arrested.

  • Occurred between 3:00PM(5/26) and 8:00AM(5/27) – Warren St/ Route 9.

Victim reports that 10 nail guns were taken out of their shed. It is unknown how someone would have gained access to this shed. Police are following up on this case.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 6:30PM(5/26) and 8:19AM(5/27) – 65 Glen Rd

Victim reported that upon returning to their vehicle the front passenger window was smashed. A GPS that was mounted on the dashboard had been taken. Police are following up on this case.

  • Occurred between 6:00PM(5/26) and 7:30AM(5/27) 8 Euston Rd

Overnight, there were three vehicles broken into at the above location. All three vehicles had smashed windows. One of the vehicles had items taken from it, a GPS which was mounted on the dashboard and two laptops. The police would like to advise you to properly lock and store items in your vehicle and the vehicle itself. Police will be following up on these cases.

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle there was items missing from the backseat. A bag filled with clothes as well as a digital camera had been taken. Police are following up on this case.

During a routine traffic stop officers found that the operator was driving without a license. The operator was arrested.

Robbery

  • Occurred at 8:18PM(5/27) – 1 White Place

Victim reports that while they were walking home, two suspects came up from behind. One of the suspects pushed the victim onto the ground, while the other one searched him, asking if he had any money. The victim was able to describe the suspects as the following: suspect 1 was a black male, 6’ tall, stocky build, 20-25 years of age, short hair, no facial hair, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and new brown boots; suspect 2 was a black male, 5’6”-5’7”, skinny build, thin face, 20-25 years of age, short hair, possible facial hair, wearing a blue colored possible jean jacket, with unknown writing or emblems on it. The two suspects took the victim’s wallet and the victim’s backpack. The backpack contained a cell phone and a laptop Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the front driver’s side window had been smashed. A beach bag had been taken from the backseat. Police are following up on this case.

Victim reports that upon returning to their vehicle the front passenger window had been smashed. A pair of designer sunglasses had been taken from the center console. Police are following up on this case.
