A bicycle was reported abandoned on Westbourne Tr.

ID FRAUD

Officers took a report of ID fraud. An individual used an individual's personal information to open unauthorized accounts.

Officers were dispatched for a report of graffiti on Dean Rd.

GRAFFITI

Officers were dispatched for a report of graffiti on Harvard St. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a shoplifting incident on Commonwealth Av.

ASSAULT

Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation with a pencil between two individuals on South St.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a shoplifting incident on Harvard St. The suspect was arrested.

Tuesday, June 17

PAKCAGE THEFT

Officers took a report of a package theft on Cypress St.

LOST PROPERTY

A passport was reported lost on Marion St.

FOUND PROPERTY

Several documents were found on Hyslop Rd and is in the custody of the Brookline Police Department.

Wednesday, June 18

ASSAULT

Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation between two individuals on Beacon St. The suspect has been summoned to court. 

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers took a report of a package theft from a doorstep on Adams St. 

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers took a report of a package theft from a porch on Circuit Rd. 

THEFT

Officers responded to the theft of an electric scooter from a residence. It was quickly located on Commonwealth Ave. The suspect was arrested. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers took a report for a shoplifting on Harvard St. The suspect was arrested. 

Thursday, June 19

MAIL THEFT

Officers responded to a report of mail theft from a mail slot occurring on Winchester St.  

ID FRAUD

Officers took a report of ID Fraud in which an individual was notified that packages were delivered to an address they do not reside at. The individual's name and information were used to make these unauthorized purchases. 

ANIMAL BITE

Officers responded to a dog bite report on Harvard St. 

Friday, June 20

FOUND PROPERTY

A shell casing was found on Harvard St and is in the custody of the Brookline Police Department. 

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

Officers took a report of credit card fraud occurring on Village way. 

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers responded to a reported package theft from a front step on Tappan St. 

LARCENY

Police received a report that a select few items were stolen from a basement on James St.

Saturday, June 21

LARCENY

Officers responded to a report of a bike theft from the same basement listed above on James St. There was no sign of forced entry. 

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took report of multiple counts of malicious destruction of property occurring on South St. The offender was summoned to court.

LOST PROPERTY 

An individual approached the front desk of the Brookline Police Department to report a lost electronic accessory on Brookline Ave. Upon checking the device's location from an phone, the lost item began pinging from Roxbury Crossing. 

ID FRAUD 

Officers responded to a call regarding identity fraud on Brington Rd. The individual received a letter regarding unemployment assistance they had not applied for. Unsure of how their information could have been compromised, the individual has been advised to monitor their accounts moving forward.
