SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officer responded to Tappan St for a report of suspicious activity. The reporting party stated that the suspect came up to their staircase and moved things about; the same was done to their neighbor.

Officer took a report of a package theft. The reporting party stated that her package was taken from her front steps within the few minutes it took her to go upstairs and return down.
