THEFT

Officer responded to a report of theft in the morning. The reporting parties stated that a laptop had disappeared from their apartment.

 

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Officer responded to Chapel St in the morning for a fire alarm call. The officer was approached by a reporting party stating that there had been a prior occurrence and damage to a handrail. 

FRAUD

Officer responded to a report in the morning at Greenhill Road. The reporting party stated that there had been fraudulent use of a family member's credit card multiple times at different locations. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officer responded to a report of shoplifting during the day at Commonwealth Ave. The reporting parties stated that the suspect's actions were disruptive to customers and is also a repeat shoplifter. 

THEFT

Officer responded to a report of equipment theft at Park St. The reporting party stated that he left his property outside overnight and returned to his vehicle in the morning to find it gone. He stated that he hid it in a place that was difficult to find. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers were called to Commonwealth Av during the day for a report of possible shoplifting. Suspect was apprehended and the stolen items in their possession was retrieved.

Monday, July 13 

LOST PROPERTY

Officer responded to a report of a missing item from a locked vehicle. The reporting party stated that he left his personal item in his car before locking it and returned to find it gone but there was no suspicious activity with his car. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officer responded to a report of shoplifting at Commonwealth Av. The reporting party stated that the suspect came into the store and took items off the shelf and put in her bag. 

FRAUD

Officer was called to Washington St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated that she transferred money to an account as payment for an apartment rental but was cut off once the money was sent. 

FOUND PROPERTY

Officer recovered a scooter in the evening around Reservoir Rd.

BIKE THEFT

Officer responded to Babcock St . The reporting party stated that his securely locked bike was missing.

THEFT

Officer took a report of a missing license plate. The reporting party stated that she took her car for an inspection and realized her license plate has not been attached for a while. 

THEFT

Officer responded in the evening to a report of a stolen scooter. The reporting party stated that he saw his scooter the day before it disappeared; a bike was left in replacement of the scooter.
