Suspicious Activity: 10/24/2013 at 10:59 a.m. – Harvard St.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on Harvard St. after receiving a report of a suspicious phone call. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated an unknown caller called her cell phone stating that he was holding her son hostage for the amount of $2000.00. The victim immediately notified the police about the phone call. This incident is very similar to phone scams which have been occurring in the Brookline area. If you receive a similar phone call please notify the Brookline Police Department.

Larceny: 10/22/2013 at 7:00 p.m. – St. Paul St.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on St. Paul St. after receiving a report of a larceny. According to the victim, a package belonging to her was opened in the lobby of her apartment building and the contents stolen.

Possession of Cocaine: 10/24/2013 at 4:56 p.m. – Beacon St.
An officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and fail to stop at a red light. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Beacon St. A query of the driver’s information revealed he had a suspended license. The driver was placed under arrest. A routine search of the car revealed an aspirin bottle containing remnants of what appeared to be cocaine. Further investigation also revealed several sandwich bags containing marijuana and cocaine. The driver was additionally charged with Possession of a Class B and D drug.

An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a traffic light. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard St. A query of the driver’s information revealed he had a suspended license as well as a warrant out of Boston District Court. He was placed under arrest.

Larceny: 10/21/2013 at 8:24 p.m. – Commonwealth Ave
An officer was dispatched to Commonwealth Ave to take a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by an employee and a BUPD officer who had placed the suspect under arrest. The BUPD officer observed the CVS employee pursuing the suspect and was able to apprehend him. The employee stated he observed the suspect placing several items into a plastic bag before exiting the store with no attempt to pay.

Burglary: 10/20/2013 at 5:46 a.m. – Washington St.
Officers were dispatched to a business on Washington St. after receiving a report of past burglary. Upon arrival, officers reviewed surveillance footage which revealed a tall, thin African-American male wearing a dark hoodie kick in the door of the business. The video shows this individual taking a number of lottery tickets, 30 packs of cigarettes, a box of ATF oil, and some energy drinks. The individual then fled the store. A search of the area did not yield any results.

An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a pedestrian. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Brookline Ave. A query of the driver’s information revealed she did not have a license. She was placed under arrest for not being duly licensed.

Several officers were dispatched to Harvard St. after receiving a report of larceny. Officers were met by the Loss Prevention Officer who stated he observed the suspects take several bottles of shampoo before leaving the store. He then observed the suspect get into a gray or silver Honda Civic. A search of the area produced negative results. The first suspect was described as an African-American male in his twenties or thirties, wearing a black coat and jeans. The second suspect was described as a Caucasian female in her mid-twenties, carrying a black handbag and wearing jeans.
Robbery: 10/22/2013 at 12:27 a.m. – Verndale St.
Several officers were dispatched to Verndale St. to take a report of a robbery. Upon arrival, the officers were met by the victim who stated her purse was stolen by an African-American male. A witness pursued the suspect and attempted to confront him, but was struck across the face by the suspect, who then fled the area. A search of the area yielded negative results.

Burglary: 10/20/2013 at 9:13 a.m. – Boylston St.
An officer was dispatched to a business on Boylston St. after receiving a report of burglary. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the store’s owner who stated approximately $1200.00 had been stolen from the store at some point during the night. Further investigation revealed the door to the business had been pried open and appeared as though the perpetrator also attempted to remove the TV from the wall of the business.

An officer was dispatched to a residence on Washington St. after receiving a report of burglary. The officer was met by the victim who stated her apartment had been broken into at some point during the day. Several items were taken including electronics, jewelry, and the victim’s passport.

An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a stop sign. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Chestnut St. A query of the driver’s information revealed she had a suspended license. She was placed under arrest for Operating After Suspension.

An officer was dispatched to Fisher Ave to take a report of larceny. The officer was met by the victim who stated that while on the Newbury College Bus her phone was stolen. The victim went on to say that while traveling on the bus, she placed her cell phone on the seat beside her, when she got up to leave the bus she saw her cell phone had been taken.

A random query of a vehicle’s information revealed the owner had a suspended license. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Brainerd Rd. The driver of the vehicle was confirmed to be the owner and was placed under arrest for Operating After Suspension.

An officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard St. As the officer approached the vehicle he could smell a strong odor of marijuana. Furthermore, the operator of the vehicle appeared very agitated. While speaking with the operator, the officer observed a black, draw-string bag. When asked what this bag contained, the driver offered it to the officer who was able to observe a number of plastic bags containing marijuana. The driver was placed under arrest for Possession of a Class D Drug with Intent to Distribute.

An officer was dispatched to Williston Rd. after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. According to a witness, the vehicle was a black sedan which stopped in front of the school and took several pictures before driving away. A search of the area yielded no results.

According to the victim, she received a phone call from a male who claimed to work for Window Tech Company. The caller informed her that there was a number of viruses on her computer, and he would fix them for her. The victim provided her credit card information to the caller, but then grew suspicious. She immediately hung up and canceled her credit card. Attempts to contact the caller have proved unsuccessful.

An officer observed a vehicle make an illegal right turn. A query of the vehicle’s information revealed a status of Revoked Insurance. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard St. A query of the driver’s information revealed his license was also revoked. He was placed under arrest for Operating After Revocation.

An officer was dispatched to Park St. and Marion St. after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the officer observed the vehicle to have a forged inspection sticker. Further investigation also revealed a forged handicap placard in the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle will receive a citation for the forged documents.

Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated she was expecting a package to be delivered on October 4th. However when she arrived home on the afternoon of the 4th, there was no package. She eventually became suspicious and alerted Brookline officers to the possible theft.

Threats: 10/14/2013 at 9:32 a.m. – Abbottsford Rd.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on Abbottsford Rd. after receiving a report of a phone scam. The officer was met by the victims who described receiving a phone call from an unidentified man who claimed to be holding the victim’s brother for ransom. The caller asked for a payout of $2,000 cash. The victims stated they became suspicious of the call and tried to make contact with the brother. They were able to reach him via telephone and discovered he was in good health and not being held for ransom. Attempts to get in contact with the caller have been unsuccessful.

Several officers were dispatched to a business on Commonwealth Ave to take a report of larceny. Upon arrival, officers were met by an employee who described the incident. According to him, a tall, white male wearing a black trench coat had entered the store and proceeded to try on a North Face Jacket. It was a short while later that the employee saw the man quickly exit the store with the jacket without paying. A search of the area did not reveal anyone matching the suspect’s description.

Several officers were dispatched to a business on Commonwealth Ave after receiving information that a shoplifter who had stolen from the store that morning had returned to the store. Upon arrival, officers were met by an employee who stated that the man currently in the store had taken a North Face Jacket from the store earlier in the day. Officers approached the suspect, who became very agitated. A search of his person revealed he had another jacket stuffed into his pants. The suspect was placed under arrest for Shoplifting.

Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated he accidently left his cell phone in a the restroom of a business on Harvard St. He realized his mistake after only a few minutes but by the time he returned, the cell phone was missing.

An officer was dispatched to Littell Rd. after receiving a report of a stolen bicycle. The victim told the officer his bike was left unsecured, on the front porch. When the victim returned several hours later, he saw his bike was missing.

An officer was dispatched to School St. to take a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated she left her cell phone unattended. She returned approximately an hour later and discovered it was missing.

An officer observed a vehicle in the breakdown lane, which abruptly turned eastbound onto Boylston St. A query of the vehicle’s information revealed the owner had a revoked license. The officer initiated a traffic stop. It was confirmed the operator of the vehicle was the owner, who was placed under arrest for Operating After Revocation.

An officer was dispatched to take a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated she mistakenly left her wallet on top of her desk at her workplace. When she returned to retrieve the wallet, she discovered it was missing. No one in the office noticed anything suspicious and there is no security surveillance available of the area.

Juvenile Arrested for stealing the Bait Bike
On 10-11-13 at approximately 7:00PM officers responded to
reports of the "Bait Bike" being stolen. An officer spotted the bike and a young
male rider in the area of Washington Street and Griggs Road. In fleeing from the officers, he fell from the
bike. He suffered minor injuries. He then fled on foot behind some homes on
Griggs road. He was stopped a short distance away in the area of 503 Washington
Street. The subject is a juvenile from Boston.
He faces the following charges, Larceny over $250.00, Possession of Burglarious tools (bolt cutters)
and Resisting arrest.

Larceny: 10/09/2013 at 4:18 p.m. – Commonwealth Ave.
An officer was dispatched to a business on Commonwealth Ave. for a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim, an employee of the business, who stated she left her cell phone unattended while she worked. Several hours later, she noticed her cell phone was missing. Using video surveillance a potential suspect was able to be identified. Officers were dispatched to his residence and were able to find the victim’s cell phone. The suspect was placed under arrest.

While working at the front desk, an officer received a report of a larceny. The victim stated he left his bike secured to a bike rack at approximately 8:20 that morning. When he returned at 3:00 p.m., the bike was gone.

An officer was dispatched to Greenough St. to take a report of larceny. The officer was met by the victim who stated she briefly left her phone unattended on a table and later returned to find it missing.

An officer was dispatched to a business on Commonwealth Ave. for a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim, an employee of the business, who stated she left her cell phone unattended while she worked. Several hours later, she noticed her cell phone was missing. Using video surveillance a potential suspect was able to be identified. Officers were dispatched to his residence and were able to find the victim’s cell phone. The suspect was placed under arrest.

An officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Brookline Ave. A query of the operator’s information revealed he did not have a license. He was placed under arrest for being not duly licensed.

An officer was dispatched to a residence on Mason Tr. to receive a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated his secured bicycle had been stolen from his front porch. A search of the general area yielded no results.

On 10-07-2013 a missing persons report was filed for a 70 yr old white male who was known to frequent the Putterham Meadows Golf Course. At approximately 10:45 p.m. the subject was located at the Golf course by Brookline Officers. The subject was deceased. Foul play is not suspected .

He was placed under arrest for not being duly licensed, failure to yield, and interrupting a funeral procession.

An officer was dispatched to the West Roxbury Parkway to take a report of a Breaking and Entering of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated her vehicle had been broken into while parked at the Putterham Shops. The rear passenger window had been smashed. Nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.

The vehicle showed no signs of forced entry.

While assigned to a post at the corner of Harvard and Beacon St., an officer was approached by a store manager who stated there was currently a woman in the store attempting to shoplift several items. The officer approached the suspect, who allowed the officer to search her bag. Several items from the store were found in the bag. The suspect will be summonsed to Brookline District Court.

An officer was dispatched to the Beth Israel Emergency Room to speak with a victim of assault. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the victim who stated he was on Beacon St. when he bumped into a man walking with two friends. The victim went on to say that the two parties exchanged heated words, and then he was hit in the face. Several more punches were thrown, although according to the victim the fight lasted only seconds. The victim received a small laceration on his head and several on his right hand. The matter is currently under investigation.

Liquor Stings Conducted
The results are in… recently the Brookline Police Department conducted Liquor Stings. The target of this law enforcement effort was twenty local, liquor stores. Of the twenty, nineteen passed. The passing of so many is a clear indication that Brookline businesses take liquor laws seriously. The failing store, the Wine Gallery, is located at 400 Washington Street. They will be brought forward to the Selectman for a hearing.

Larceny: 09/30/2013 at 2:00 p.m. – Pleasant St.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on Pleasant St. after receiving a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated she believes someone entered her apartment and stole a large sum of money. There were no signs of forced entry and the victim remembers locking the door before leaving the house. The building manager stated no workmen were given access to the apartment.
Attempted Robbery: 10/03/2013 at 12:18 a.m. – Washington St.
Brookline officers received a report of an attempted robbery which occurred on Washington St. The victim stated she was walking down Washington St. when she heard two people run up behind her. She was pushed to the ground as the suspects demanded she hand over her belongings. The victim began screaming for help. She was hit and kicked several times by the suspects before they fled toward Washington Square. The suspects are described as two African American males in their late teens or early twenties. Both wore dark clothing. This is a similar offense to the attempted robbery which occurred on Thorndike St. a little over an hour later. At this time, officers do not know if the incidents are linked. Both crimes are being investigated.

Unarmed Robbery
Robbery: 10/03/2013 at 1:52 a.m. – Thorndike St.
Several officers were dispatched to Thorndike St. after receiving a report of a robbery. Upon arrival, the officers were met by the victim who was the subject of an unarmed robbery but was otherwise unharmed. She was walking home when two suspects ran up behind her. The first suspect demanded she hand over her belongings. At this point, the first suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and both suspects fled the scene. According to the victim, the suspects fled up Thorndike St. where a white sedan was waiting for them. Police units checked the area with negative results.
Just a reminder wherever you are stay alert and in tune with your surroundings. Stick to well-lit areas and busy streets. Avoid alleys and areas hidden by trees and shrubbery. Walk with confidence. Criminals look for easy targets and opportunities. Call 911 immediately if you notice suspicious activity. Walk with a companion whenever possible.

Several officers were dispatched to a residence on Worthington Rd. after receiving a report of Breaking and Entering. The officers were met by the victims who had just returned home to find their kitchen door open. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that several items were missing from the home including two lap tops and an IPad.

Larceny: 09/30/2013 at 4:12 p.m. – Westbourne Tr.
An officer was dispatched to Westbourne Tr. after receiving a report of a stolen bicycle. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated he left his bike secured at the side of his house. At some point between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. the bike was stolen.

Larceny: 09/30/2013 at 4:47 – Boylston Playground
An officer was dispatched to the Boylston St. Playground for a report of theft of property. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the three victims who had been playing basketball in the playground. The victims left their backpacks unattended on a park table. When they returned to the table their backpacks were missing. They were able to locate their bags near the Davis Path Overpass. All of the bags were unzipped and had clearly been rummaged through. Several items were missing from the bags, including an IPad Mini. A witness was able to identify a suspect to the officer. The matter is currently under investigation.

Please pay attention to the sector 2 report entitled “Threats by Phone.” Recently there have been several incidents in which Brookline residents have received phone calls threatening harm to loved ones unless money is sent to the caller. These calls have proved to be fraudulent scams perpetrated by an unknown caller in an attempt to get money. If you receive a similar phone call, please contact the Brookline Police Department.

An officer was dispatched to a residence on Gibbs St. after receiving a report of malicious damage. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the resident, who showed the officer his front steps which had been drawn on with ketchup. The damage is not permanent.
Larceny: 09/23/2013 at 4:10 p.m. – Harvard St.
An officer was dispatched to a business on Harvard St. after receiving a report of past larceny. The officer was met by the store manager who stated he had just become aware of a larceny which occurred in his store on September 23, 2013. Employees became aware of the theft when they discovered price tags stuffed behind greeting cards in the store. A review of video surveillance revealed an African American female in her mid-thirties removing the price tags from approximately $500.00 worth of merchandise and stuffing it into her bag before exiting the store.
Malicious Damage to a Vehicle: 09/28/2013 at 10:30 a.m. – Freeman St.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on Freeman St. after receiving a report of malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the owner of the vehicle, who informed the officer that his windshield had been smashed at some point during the night. A smashed vodka bottle was next to the car and appears to have been used to cause the damage to the car.

Threats by Phone: 09/27/2013 at 12:30 p.m. – Brookline Av.
An officer was dispatched to Brookline Av. after receiving a report of a threatening phone call. The officer was met by the victim who stated she received a phone call from an unidentified, male caller who told her he had her brother and would harm him if she did not pay the caller $1200.00. After getting off the phone with the caller, the victim called her brother and confirmed that he was safe and unharmed. She was informed by the officer that the phone call was likely a scam. The victim has not received any further calls.

An officer was dispatched to Harvard St. in order to take a report of a stolen bicycle. The victim informed the officer that his bike was secured with a cable style lock, which appeared to have been cut by a bolt cutter.
Larceny: 09/29/2013 at 2:41 p.m. – Mason Tr.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on Mason Tr. after receiving a report of past larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim and her niece, who explained that she believes her aunt has had several items stolen from her by an employee. The victim’s niece stated she noticed several discrepancies in her aunt’s bank account as well as several expensive items missing from the house such as a china clock and jewelry. The matter is currently under investigation.

Larceny: 09/27/2013 at 8:45 p.m. – Beacon St.
Several officers were dispatched to a business on Beacon St. after receiving a report of an armed robbery. The officers were met by an employee who stated a man in dark clothing came into the store and threatened him with a gun. The employee proceeded to give the man the money from the cash register. After taking the money, the suspect fled the scene. On scene, the officers were also met by a male subject who stated he had given a ride to several of his friends to the store. The friends entered the store and exited quickly, instructing him to drive away. The man stated he became suspicious that his friends had done something illegal while in the store and ordered them to get out of the car. He then returned to the store and spoke to officers. Upon further investigation, the officers were able to make contact with the three individuals who received the ride to the store. They denied having used a gun to take money from the store. A review of the store’s video surveillance revealed two separate incidents of larceny occurred within the store minutes apart. A man in dark clothing entered the store, using a gun to threaten the store’s employee and taking cash from the register. After the initial robbery, three young men entered the store and observing no clerk, proceeded to take several small items from the store without paying.

Disorderly Conduct: 09/28/2013 at 3:41 a.m. – Fisher Av
An officer was dispatched to a residential building on Fisher Av. after receiving a report of a disorderly person. Upon arrival, the officer observed a male subject who was unsteady on his feet and appeared disheveled. The officer was met by the Security Night Sargent, who informed the officer the man had aggressively attempted to gain access to the building and became very agitated when he was denied entry. The man proceeded to threaten the officer and shout obscenities. He was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

An officer was dispatched to Addington Rd. in order to receive a report of a stolen bicycle. The victim stated she left her bike unlocked in her open garage where it was taken.

An officer observed a vehicle make an illegal right hand turn. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Gardner Rd. A query of the operator’s information revealed he had a revoked license. The operator was placed under arrest for Operating After Revocation.

An officer was dispatched to a business on Boylston St. after receiving a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the Office Manager who stated an employee had a large sum of money stolen from her purse. The purse was left under the employee’s desk for a brief period of time at which time someone took the money. Fellow employee’s consented to a search of their belongings, which yielded no results.

While on the desk, an officer received a report of a Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The victim stated that his vehicle was parked in front of his home on Lee St and was broken into at some point during the previous night. Several items were taken from the vehicle including a lap top, brief case, squash rackets, and a canvas bag. The victim believed his car was left unlocked.

A smashed vodka bottle was next to the car and appears to have been used to cause the damage to the car.
Sector 2
Threats by Phone: 09/27/2013 at 12:30 p.m. – Brookline Av.
An officer was dispatched to Brookline Av. after receiving a report of a threatening phone call. The officer was met by the victim who stated she received a phone call from an unidentified, male caller who told her he had her brother and would harm him if she did not pay the caller $1200.00. After getting off the phone with the caller, the victim called her brother and confirmed that he was safe and unharmed. She was informed by the officer that the phone call was likely a scam. The victim has not received any further calls.
Sector 3
Larceny: 09/27/2013 at 1:30 p.m. – Harvard St.
An officer was dispatched to Harvard St. in order to take a report of a stolen bicycle. The victim informed the officer that his bike was secured with a cable style lock, which appeared to have been cut by a bolt cutter.
Larceny: 09/29/2013 at 2:41 p.m. – Mason Tr.
An officer was dispatched to a residence on Mason Tr. after receiving a report of past larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim and her niece, who explained that she believes her aunt has had several items stolen from her by an employee. The victim’s niece stated she noticed several discrepancies in her aunt’s bank account as well as several expensive items missing from the house such as a china clock and jewelry. The matter is currently under investigation.
Sector 4
Larceny: 09/27/2013 at 8:45 p.m. – Beacon St.
Several officers were dispatched to a business on Beacon St. after receiving a report of an armed robbery. The officers were met by an employee who stated a man in dark clothing came into the store and threatened him with a gun. The employee proceeded to give the man the money from the cash register. After taking the money, the suspect fled the scene. On scene, the officers were also met by a male subject who stated he had given a ride to several of his friends to the store. The friends entered the store and exited quickly, instructing him to drive away. The man stated he became suspicious that his friends had done something illegal while in the store and ordered them to get out of the car. He then returned to the store and spoke to officers. Upon further investigation, the officers were able to make contact with the three individuals who received the ride to the store. They denied having used a gun to take money from the store. A review of the store’s video surveillance revealed two separate incidents of larceny occurred within the store minutes apart. A man in dark clothing entered the store, using a gun to threaten the store’s employee and taking cash from the register. After the initial robbery, three young men entered the store and observing no clerk, proceeded to take several small items from the store without paying.
Sector 5
Disorderly Conduct: 09/28/2013 at 3:41 a.m. – Fisher Av
An officer was dispatched to a residential building on Fisher Av. after receiving a report of a disorderly person. Upon arrival, the officer observed a male subject who was unsteady on his feet and appeared disheveled. The officer was met by the Security Night Sargent, who informed the officer the man had aggressively attempted to gain access to the building and became very agitated when he was denied entry. The man proceeded to threaten the officer and shout obscenities. He was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.
Larceny: 09/29/2013 at 10:29 a.m. – Addington Rd.
An officer was dispatched to Addington Rd. in order to receive a report of a stolen bicycle. The victim stated she left her bike unlocked in her open garage where it was taken.
Operating After Revocation: 09/30/2013 at 8:06 p.m. – Gardner Rd.
An officer observed a vehicle make an illegal right hand turn. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Gardner Rd. A query of the operator’s information revealed he had a revoked license. The operator was placed under arrest for Operating After Revocation.
Sector 7
Larceny: 09/28/2013 at 8:20 a.m. – Walnut St.
An officer was dispatched to Walnut St. after receiving a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated she was attending church and briefly left her purse unattended on a pew. When she returned to her seat, she found her purse was missing.
Sector 8
Larceny: 09/27/2013 at 2:45 p.m. – Boylston St.
An officer was dispatched to a business on Boylston St. after receiving a report of larceny. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the Office Manager who stated an employee had a large sum of money stolen from her purse. The purse was left under the employee’s desk for a brief period of time at which time someone took the money. Fellow employee’s consented to a search of their belongings, which yielded no results.
Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle: 09/27/2013 at 9:30 a.m. – Lee St.
While on the desk, an officer received a report of a Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The victim stated that his vehicle was parked in front of his home on Lee St and was broken into at some point during the previous night. Several items were taken from the vehicle including a lap top, brief case, squash rackets, and a canvas bag. The victim believed his car was left unlocked.

Arrest made in recent Library incidents
Brookline Police arrested a 67 year old male subject He has been charged with
three counts of Open and Gross Lewdness Chapter 272-sec 16. The arrest is related
to two recent incidents at the Coolidge Corner Library in Brookline.
On Saturday September 21st around 4:30 PM and again on Friday September
27th around 4:00PM officers responded to reports of a male subject
who had exposed himself to juveniles. As a result of the investigation, a subject was identified and placed under arrest late Friday afternoon. He faces
charges for both incidents. He is being held without bail at the Brookline
Police station. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Brookline District court on
Monday.
