January 10th Police Reports

January 10, 2008

Arrest

  • Occurred at 9:59 PM Washington St.

Brandon Ekhator, 21 yrs, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for graffiti.

An Officer from the Community Service Department, specializing in graffiti; precaution and investigation, picked up a man that he believed had an outstanding warrant for his ”tagging”(graffiti). The officer was familiar with the suspect and located him while the suspect was riding his bike down Washington St. The man was suspected for tagging a local restaurant bathroom on 12/17. As a result of further investigation, the officer will be charging the suspect with numerous other tagging incidents throughout the town.

Larceny

  • Occurred at 8:00 AM 11/7 115 Greenough St.

Victim reports that her son had ridden his bike to school on 11/7 and then had walked home that day. The victim’s son could not remember exactly when he realized it was missing.

Assault

  • Occurred between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM 115 Greenough St.

Police responded to the Brookline High School’s Clinic for a report of an assault and battery on a student. A witness reported to the police that she saw a group of about 25 students watching two boys fighting. One of the boys had the other to the ground and was continually punching him. The victim explained that a few days before he believed that the other boy tried to pick-pocket him. The victim confronted the other boy, the subject then demanded a fight with the victim.

January 9th Police Reports

January 9, 2008

Arrest

  • Occurred at 10:33 PM 44 Washington St.

Leann McGillveary, 22 yrs, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Police arrested Ms. McGillveary for driving with a suspended license. After being pulled over for a traffic violation, police ran a check on Ms. McGillveary license which showed that her license was suspended. Her vehicle was uninsured and towed.

  • Occurred at 8:45 PM 139 Harvard St

Three juveniles where arrested and charged for robbery.

Officers responding to a 911 call of a robbery stopped 3 subjects fitting the description.

Victim reports that while walking north on Harvard St. he was approached by three males. One of them asked the victim where he was going while another told him to give them his stuff. The suspects took the victim’s cell phone and $62.00 in cash. The victim then ran to a near by gas station to call police. Victim was brought to the subjects’ location and was able to make identification.

Attempted Burglary

  • Occurred between 4:00 PM 1/8 and 10:30 PM 1/9 39 Juniper St.

Victim reports that sometime during the night someone attempted to forcibly enter the maintenance storage shed located in the rear of the building. The door and lock to the shed were moderately damaged. Nothing was taken from the shed

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8:00 AM 1/7 and 12:40 PM 1/9 283 Harvard St

Victim reports that within the last two days somebody had climbed up on the roof to the building and pried off copper flashing.

Fraud

  • Occurred at 2:47 PM

Victim reports that she was contacted by the fraud division at her bank reporting that there had been some unusual activity on her credit card account. They informed her that an on-line or telephone charge was made totaling $610.64. She informed them that it was an unauthorized charge and the account was immediately closed.

  • Occurred 8:00 AM 1/6

Victim reports that he was contacted by Sears reporting that there was fraudulent activity on his card. A sale of $ 131.78 was made in Japan. There was then another attempt for $4243.68 that was denied.

  • Occurred between 12:00 PM 12/17 and 4:00 PM 1/9

Victim reports that he made a purchase with a personal check in the amount of $130.00 for a computer program. Upon opening the package he determined the disc to be a counterfeit. The victim had made several attempts to contact the seller by internet but has not received any response.

January 8th Police Reports

January 8, 2008

Arrest

  • Occurred at 12:36 PM Muddy River

A juvenile was arrested and charged with Indecent Assault and Battery.

Police responded to reports of a woman being assaulted while jogging along the Muddy River. The suspect was identified, by the victim, and arrested for assault and battery.

  • Occurred at 1:01 AM Chestnut St.

Nageebha Bello, 20 yrs., was arrested for Domestic Assault and Battery and Malicious Destruction of Property.

Police responded to reports of a dispute between a couple and that a female had damaged her ex-boyfriend’s car. After Bello’s ex-boyfriend dropped her off at home, the two got into a verbal fight which led to Bello assaulting her ex-boyfriend. While waiting for the police to arrive Bello kicked and damaged the rear tail light of her ex-boyfriends car.

  • Occurred at 11:23 PM 30 Harvard Ave

Gene Jackson, 40 yrs., was arrested and charged with Trespassing.

Police responded to reports of a man trespassing. Owners of the building stated that Mr. Jackson had been sleeping in the buildings basement for the past week. When asked to leave Mr. Jackson became verbally abusive towards the owner of the building. When police asked Mr. Jackson for identification he said that he did not have any form of identification and gave police a false name. Mr. Jackson was arrested for trespassing.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 3:00 PM and 4:15 PM Beacon St.

Victim reports that sometime over night a desktop computer was stolen from a trailer at the construction sight. The lock that was used to lock the trailer was missing. There was no sign of forced entry.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 12:01 AM 12/1/07 and 12:00 AM 12/20 43 Garrison

Victim reports that at the beginning of last month an LCD projector, DVD player, and wireless broadband transmitter were missing from the Brookline Community Health Center.

  • Occurred between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM 38 Fuller St.

Victim reports that sometime in the morning his bicycle was stolen from the rear of his garage. The bicycle was unlocked.

  • Occurred at 7:10 PM 312 Harvard Ave

Victim reports that while she left her stroller unattended her wallet was stolen. Taken was her wallet containing 3 credit cards, a personal check in the amount of $60 and approximately $80 in various gift cards.

Fraud

  • Occurred at 11:00 AM 216 Tappan St.

Victim reports that a purchase of $30.00 was fraudulently made with his bank account. The victim is sure he did not make the purchase for he was at school at the time.

January 7, 2008

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8:00 PM 1/6 and 7:17 AM 1/7 83 Harvard St.

Victim reports that sometime over night, his radio was stolen from his vehicle. The door to his car was still locked and no windows had been smashed. The value of the radio is approximately $138.00

  • Occurred between 5:45 PM 1/6 and 7:45 AM 1/7 1210 Boylston

Victim reports sometime during the day over $2000.00 in cash were stolen from his car. His wallet, which he left in the center console, was found on the passenger’s seat.

  • Occurred between 2:00 PM 1/4 and 8:30 AM 1/7 95 Walnut St.

Victim reports that sometime during the past few days eight ladders and cables had been stolen from the job site that he had been working at.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 11:10 AM and 12:00 PM 33 Ackers Ave.

Victim reported that sometime in the past year her diamond ring and gold pocket watch was stolen from her home. The back door was left unlocked in the past.

Graffiti

  • Occurred between 5:00 PM 1/6 and 9:00 AM 1/7 194 Boylston St.

Victim reported that a wall on the old Lincoln School had been spray painted. Police observed one “tag” that was sprayed with black spray paint.

Assault

  • Occurred at 12:28 PM 50 Longwood Ave

Police responded to reports of a fight between two males at a construction site on Longwood Ave. The two men were verbally arguing which then escalated to a physical fight.

January 4th-6th Police Reports

January 4, 2008

Fraud

  • Occurred at 2:21 AM Beacon St

Victim reported that someone had used the routing number from her account to make several fraudulent purchases. Several checks were made totaling over $150.00.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM 78 Lancaster 0063

Victim reported that sometime while his car was parked outside his friend’s home his vehicles front driver’s window had been smashed. The holder to his GPS service which was glued to the window was on the driver’s seat and his glove compartment was open. His GPS was not taken for it was not in the car at the time.

January 5, 2008

Larceny

  • Occurred between 6:00 PM 1/4 and 12:39 PM 1/5 121 Salisbury

Victim reported that sometime over night her vehicles passenger side window had been smashed and that her GPS service was missing. No further items were taken.

  • Occurred between 3:30 PM 1/4 and 6:30 PM 1/4 112 Centre St.

Victim reported that her purse containing $3-$4 in cash, 2 MasterCard credit cards, house keys, and several other person effects were stolen.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM 639 Chestnut Hill Ave.

Victim reported that when he returned home he noticed that two of the basement windows had been smashed. Upon searching the basement he did not find anything missing, but he did notice that a sleeping bag and a pillow had been unrolled and put on the floor.

Warrant

  • Occurred at 3:48 PM 17 Tabor Pl.

Police responded to reports form the Lawrence Police Department that a run-away juvenile was staying with her boyfriend. The juvenile was placed under arrest for a CHINS warrant and was later turned over to her foster mother.

January 6, 2008

Arrest

  • Occurred at 5:59 PM 1195 Boylston ST.

Thomas McLaughlin, 22 yrs, arrested and charged with possession of heroin.

Christine Wunder, 21 yrs, arrested and charged with possession of heroin

Police responded to reports that two people, one female and one male, were found in the restroom of the gas station doing drugs. Officers arrested the subjects for possession of heroin.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred at 1:30 AM 136 Wolcott Rd.

Victim reported hearing several loud bangs to his house and seeing an unknown vehicle driving away from his home the night before. In the morning he noticed that his house had been egged. The aluminum siding of his home was damaged.

January 3rd Police Reports

January 3, 2007

Larcenies

  • Occurred between 9:30 PM 1/2 and 10:00 AM 1/3- 143 St. Paul St.

Victim reports that sometime overnight her GPS device was stolen from her vehicle. The value of this item is approximately $800.00.

  • Occurred between 1:00 PM 12/21 and 10:30 1/3- 311 Washington St.

Victim reports that over the past week a ring was noticed missing from the display case in the store. The ring is valued at $900.00.

  • Occurred between 10:31 AM and 1:35 PM- 115 Greenough St.

Victim reported that her daughter’s cell phone was stolen from her pocketbook during school. She stated that upon discovering that the phone was missing she called the phone. A young female answered and the victim could hear other voices giggling. The phone’s service was terminated.

  • Occurred between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM- 20 Homer St.

Victim reported that his rear license plate had been removed from his vehicle.

Fraud

  • Occurred at 1:20 AM- 1341 Beacon St.

Victim reported that her ATM card was missing after retrieving money from an ATM. After notifying her bank that the card was lost, the bank informed her that a purchase over the amount of $100.00 was charged on the card.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred at 1:30 PM- 26 Linden St.

Victim reported that after returning home from vacation, someone had thrown something at her storm window breaking it. Interior window was still intact.

January 1-2nd Police Reports

January 1, 2007

Arrest

  • Occurred between 1:17 AM and 1:37 AM – 1651 Beacon

Antoinette Nobles, 34 yrs., was arrested for trespassing and being a disorderly person

Police responded to the Golden Temple Restaurant for a woman who was disturbing. Officers identified Ms. Nobles, and believed that there was a No Trespass Order on Ms. Nobles. While advising Ms. Nobles to stay away from the premises, Ms. Nobles ran back into the restaurant. Ms Nobles was than arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct.

  • Occurred at 1:55 AM- Chestnut St

Nageebha Bello, 20 yrs. was arrested for assault and battery

Police responded to reports of screams. Upon arrival Officers observed three parties two male and one female standing in the driveway next to a vehicle. One of the male parties was found near the vehicle with a laceration on his face. The woman was then arrested for Assault and Battery.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 12:11 AM and 12:30 AM- 1651 Beacon St.

Victim reported that her Coach wallet containing approximately $200.00 in cash, along with credit cards, personal checks and a set of keys had been stolen while she are dinner at one of the tables. Earlier in the evening there was a reported larceny of a purse.

Summons

  • Occurred at 1:20 AM- Irving St

Police responded to reports of an intoxicated person. The intoxicated female was found at the residence accompanied by a few others. She was then brought to the hospital for medical attention. Officers directed their attention to a large number of individuals that all seemed to be under the age of 21. Home owners will be summons to Brookline District Court for furnishing alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 2:02 AM and 3:07 AM- Englewood Ave.

Police responded to reports of an unwanted guest entering the residence and causing damage to the front foyer of the apartment. Officers were later able to identify the man and summons him to court for breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony

January 2, 2007

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred at 11:03 AM- Commonwealth Ave.

Police responded to reports of malicious damage to the stores’ front windows. Entry appeared not to be made and nothing was missing from the store.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 2:00 PM 12/31 and 11:40 AM 1/2- Seaver St.

Victim reported that someone had entered the building and stolen the boiler and air handler. Victim reported that the suspects used the fork lift that was in the garage to lift and load both pieces.

  • Occurred between 5:00 PM 12/30 and 11:00 AM- Walnut St.

Victim came into the station to report that his motor vehicle had been broken into. Taken from the vehicle was $5.00 of loose change

  • Occurred between 8:00 PM 12/31 and 11:30 AM 1/1- Harvard Ave.

Victim discovered her pocketbook missing after attending a party night before. The victim later reported it stolen to the police. The Louis Vuitton pocketbook worth $900.00 contained a $260.00 purse, a pair of glasses, and two credit cards.

Graffiti

  • Occurred between 9:30AM (12/24) and 5:55PM (12/27)-34 Parkman St

Victim reported that the back of her building had been spray painted. Police observed three ‘tags’ that were sprayed with black paint, this case is still under investigation.

December 26th Police Reports

Arrests

  • Occurred at 3:47PM (12/26)- 525 Harvard Street

A juvenile was arrested and charged with Shoplifting and Assault and Battery.

Police responded to TJ MAXX where an employee reported witnessing several men ripping off security tags and concealing items of clothing in their backpacks. The employee was able to detain one of the suspects and a short time later police were able to locate another suspect who they subsequently arrested.

Attempted Larceny

  • Occurred between 8:45AM and 9:23AM (12/26)- 44 Washington Street

Victim reported that when he returned to his parked vehicle he witnessed a male sitting inside. Upon seeing the victim, the suspect fled in a dark green station wagon. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10”, last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. There are no items reported missing from the vehicle at this time.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 11:30AM (12/24) and 10AM (12/26)- 107 High Street

Victim reported that sometime over a two day period a suspect gained entry into her unlocked vehicle and stole two rolls of quarters worth $10 each.

  • Occurred between 8AM (12/23) and 2:30PM (12/26)- 99 Park Street

A patient at Brookline Health Care Center reported that his wallet had been stolen from his room sometime within the last three days. The wallet contained $200 cash, credit cards and identification.

December 24th Police Reports

Larceny

  • Occurred between 5:15PM and 5:40PM (12/24) - High Street

Victim reported that her ex-boyfriend had entered her apartment and taken an Ipod valued at $299 from her kitchen table. Police were unable to locate the man, but have requested an arrest warrant for the ex-boyfriend for Breaking and Entering, Larceny, and Trespassing.

Fraud

  • Occurred between 11:39Pm (11/13) and 11:39PM (12/12)

Victim reported that someone had fraudulently used her credit card to charge over $1,000 worth of goods, this case is still under investigation.

December 23rd Police Reports

Summons

  • Occurred between 11:30PM and 6:30AM (12/23) - 335 Harvard Street

At 0641 hrs, an employee of Zaftig’s Restaurant reported the front window had been smashed sometime overnight. Police spoke with the restaurant’s baker, who reported hearing a loud noise at about 4:30 am.

In addition, police placed an intoxicated male into protective custody in close proximity to Zaftig’s at approximately 0454 hrs. After further investigation, this subject was informed he will be summonsed to court for Malicious Damage.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 7:15AM (12/20) and 11:44PM (11/23) - 99 Pond Avenue

Victim reported that her license plate had been stolen; the value of the plate is unknown.

December 22nd Police Reports

Summons

  • Occurred between 1:08AM and 1:25Am (12/22) - 1911 Beacon Street

Police responding to reports of a loud party heard loud music and witnessed a large amount of people and liquor present. Police informed the residents they would be summonsed to court for Disturbing the Peace.

  • Occurred between 11:15AM (12/21) and 11:05Am (12/22) – 361 Washington St

Police responded to The Brookline Public Library in response to reports of a suspicious white male. Library staff indicated this man was first observed on November 20th allegedly taking pictures of teenage boys. Police searched the area that day but were unable to locate the subject. After an investigation by a detective, the man was informed he will be summonsed to court for Lewd and Lascivious Conduct and will not be allowed to return to the library.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 11:15AM (12/21) and 11:05AM (12/22) - Clark Road

Victim reported that when she returned home she noticed her front window to be wide open. Investigation revealed approximately $10,000 worth of silverware and some loose change had been stolen.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8:30AM and 7:46PM (12/22) - 1220 Boylston Street

Victim reported that his right rear window had been smashed and his GPS navigation system and Ipod were missing, these items have a collective value of approximately $550.

December 21st Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 3:09PM (12/21) - 302 Harvard Street

Alecya Lewis, 25 yrs, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting

Celestina Lockett, 31 yrs, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting.

Police responded to The Children’s Place where an employee reported that several women had just left the store with stolen clothing. The employee gave police the description and license plate of suspect’s vehicle. Police stopped this vehicle after observing it at Beacon and Centre Sts. Officers arrested the subjects after an investigation revealed several stolen items in their possession.

  • Occurred between 3:10PM and 6PM (12/21) - 209 Harvard Street

Suspect was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace, and Trespassing.

Police responded to reports of a woman who was refusing to leave a dentist’s office. The woman became irate and refused to leave after she was informed she would not be able to access her dental records because the dentist was on vacation. The woman kept refusing to leave the office despite police officer’s requests. The woman was eventually placed under arrest.

Summons

  • Occurred at 1:27AM (12/20) - Beacon Street/ Powell Street

Police on patrol witnessed a vehicle covered with snow traveling without its headlights. Upon stopping the vehicle it was discovered that the driver did not have a license to operate. The operator was summonsed to court for Operating without a License, and other traffic offenses.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8AM (12/12) and 9:19AM (12/21) - 345 Harvard Street

Victim reported that his trumpet had been stolen from Devotion School; the value of the trumpet is $450.

  • Occurred between 5:30PM and 9:45PM (12/21) - 15 Warwick Road

Victim reported that an unknown suspect had gained entry into her apartment and stole a $2700 laptop computer, $10 in change and a $20 gift basket.

  • Occurred at 6:05PM (12/21)-155 Harvard Street

A Salvation Army volunteer reported being approached by a man and a woman wearing Salvation Army uniforms. One of these individuals informed the victim he was from the Salvation Army’s regional office and needed to speak with her about a complaint. The victim began to walk with the suspect to his vehicle, but changed her mind and asked the suspect to discuss the matter in public. The victim wanted to call her supervisor went back to the store to use the phone. At this time, she noticed the donation kettle and the second suspect were gone. The first suspect had also left the area.

The suspects were described as a tall black male wearing a black knit hat and a blue Salvation Army coat and a short black woman wearing a Salvation Army apron and carrying a bell. Detectives are investigating this incident.

December 21st Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 3:09PM (12/21) - 302 Harvard Street

December 20th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred between 11:44AM and 12:30Pm (12/20) - Holland Road

Joseph Boike, 32 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating after License Suspension, and Assault and Battery.

Victim reported that he was partially blocking the roadway with his truck while making a delivery. He was subsequently approached by an angry driver who pushed him after a heated argument. Police were able to locate the suspect and he was arrested after further investigation revealed that his license had been suspended.

  • Occurred between 12PM and 12:07PM (12/20) - 302 Harvard Street

Anne Thibeau, 50 yrs, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting and Receiving Stolen Property.

Arlene Wells was arrested and charged with Default Warrant.

Police responded to The Children’s Place where an employee reported a shoplifting in progress. Police spoke with the two suspects and determined one of the suspects was in possession of stolen clothing, as well as several items stolen from Walgreens Pharmacy. After this subject was arrested, officers arrested the second subject on a default warrant.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 8AM and 7:45PM (12/20) - 2 Strathmore Road

Victim reported that sometime during the day an unknown suspect had cracked his vehicles window causing it to shatter while being cleaned of snow, the cost of this damage is unknown.

Fraud

  • Occurred at 9:16AM (12/20) - 6 Thayer Street

Victim reported that he received calls that informed him a loan had been taken out fraudulently in his name; the amount of money loaned is unknown.

December 19th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 10:45AM (12/19)- 294 Harvard Street

Angel Montes, 71 yrs, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Police responded to CVS Pharmacy for reports of a shoplifter, police spoke with the employee who said he witnessed the suspect take two boxes of Tylenol and place them inside his coat, a further search revealed the suspect to be in possession of a total of six boxes of Tylenol valued at $59.94 collectively, the suspect was subsequently arrested.

  • Occurred at 3:49PM (12/19) - 302 Harvard Street 6793

Roy Privott, 40 yrs, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Kimberly Bogarty, 34 yrs was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Police stopped two people outside of the Children’s Place after their descriptions matched the descriptions of two shoplifters. Police interviewed the suspects and in their possession discovered several items of clothing which were determined to have been stolen. The suspects were both subsequently arrested; the value of the stolen items is estimated at $96.50.

  • Occurred between 4PM and 4:45PM (12/19)- 18 Village Way

Carlos Mendoza, 36 yrs, was arrested and charged with Assault, and Malicious Damage.

Police responded to calls of a man acting irrationally and out of control and upon arrival police witnessed physical damage to the interior of the residence and it was also determined that an assault had occurred, Mendoza was subsequently arrested.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 12:12Am and 9AM (12/19)- 99 Harvard Street

Victim reported that sometime overnight his vehicles passenger side window had been smashed and his GPS navigation system valued at $350 had been stolen. In addition the suspect reported that his license plate had been stolen and replaced with another one.

  • Occurred between 7PM and 9PM (12/18)- 91 Middlesex Road

Victim reported that an unknown suspect had gained entry to her unlocked vehicle and stole a bag of clothes from the backseat; the items had a collective value of approximately $470.

  • Occurred at 9:03PM (12/19)- 24 Crafts Road

Victim reported that after taking a cab ride to his residence the victim informed the driver he would have to go inside to get cash in order to pay for the ride. The man gave the driver his cell phone valued at $499 as temporary collateral however when he returned to pay the suspect he was gone, this case is still under investigation.

December 18th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 3:54PM (12/18) - 294 Harvard Street

Jean Tibbetts, 44 yrs, was arrested and charged with Forgery, Receiving Stolen property, Possession of a False License, and Fraud.

Police responded to CVS where an employee had reported a costumer was trying to use a fake I.D to cash checks, upon arrival police spoke with the suspect who attempted to provide police with a false name. However a short time later her true identity was discovered and she was subsequently arrested.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 5PM and 8PM (12/14) - Glen Road

Victim reported that while leaving her residence she noticed a package that was delivered to her when she returned a short time later the package was gone, the value of the package is unknown.

December 17th Police Reports

Arrests

  • Occurred at 6:46PM (12/17)- 302 Harvard Street

Keisha Eccles, 26 yrs, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting.

Latoya Vance, 31 yrs, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting and Receiving Stolen Property.

Police received a call from The Children’s Place stating that two shoplifters were currently leaving the store, police responded to the scene and were met by an employer who pointed to two women walking away from the store identifying them as the shoplifters. Police stopped the women and discovered several items of stolen clothing in their possession amounting to a value of approximately $34. The women were subsequently arrested.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 5:40PM and 5:46PM (12/17)- 302 Harvard Street

Employee at The Children’s Place reported witnessing a woman walk around the store with an empty bag, however a few minutes later the employee reported the woman’s bag appeared to be full. Police met with another employee who had seen the woman put several items of clothing into her bag before leaving the store. An unknown amount of clothing was taken and the suspect is described as being a black female 5’06”-5’07” in her mid 20’s last seen wearing dark denim jeans and a dark windbreaker.

  • Occurred between 5:20PM and 7:20PM (12/17)- 399 Chestnut Hill Ave

Victim reported that his vehicles drivers’ side window had been smashed and his Ipod valued at $200 along with a GPS Navigation system valued at $400 were stolen.

  • Occurred between 5:20Pm and 7:20PM (12/17)- 399 Chestnut Hill Ave

Victim reported that his vehicle’s driver’s side window had been smashed and his GPS Navigation system valued at $550 had been stolen.

Graffiti

  • Occurred at 7PM (12/17)- 289 Harvard Street

Victim reported seeing two male subjects hand each other a marker while going into the bathroom, the man checked the bathroom and discovered freshly written graffiti, this case is still under investigation.
