1:26PM: Police were dispatched to a residence on Centre Street for a report of a bicycle theft. The reporting party stated that he rode his bike over to Centre Street to help a friend with yard work. At 11:20AM, he locked his bicycle to a parking meter outside the home. When he returned at 1:25PM, the bike and cable lock were missing.
