Police Reports July 7, 2014
On July 7, an officer responded to a live breaking and
entering of a motor vehicle along Sewall Ave. An individual reported seeing two
males enter a vehicle that she did not recognize as the owner. The two males
looked through the center console. The subjects fled the scene. Upon checking
with the owner of the vehicle, nothing was believed to be taken. The vehicle
was left unlocked.
On July 7, an officer responded to Penniman Rd for a report
of larceny. The individual stated his excavator was stolen on June 29 from a
work location. The matter is under investigation.
On July 7, an officer responded to Clark Rd to report a past
breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The officer spoke with the individual
who stated his ipod was stolen from his vehicle on July 3, 2014. The individual
believes he left his vehicle unlocked. The matter is under investigation.
On July 7, an officer responded to Perry St for an attempted
breaking and entering that occurred on Saturday, July 7. The individual noticed
pry marks on her door and door frame when she came home Saturday evening. The
individual recalls locking her door before she left and the door was still
locked upon her arrival. She does not believe the subject gained access to her
apartment.
