Arrest for Possession Child Pornography

On Thursday, November 15th, 2012,  the Brookline Police, working in conjunction with Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, arrested 32 year old  Benjamin Schwartz on charges of possession of child pornography and dissemination of obscene matter.  The joint investigation lead to the execution of a search warrant of Swartz’s Brookline residence. Swartz was arrested and will be arraigned in Brookline Court on 11-16-2012.
