Breaking and Entering Arrest

12-15-15       Arrest Breaking and Entering /Attempted Breaking and Entering
Officers responded to Thorndike St on a report that someone had just broken into a convenience store.  The suspect was described as a male wearing a black hoodie and grey beanie.  A short time later a subject fitting the description was stopped.  Further investigation, corroborating evidence, and an identification by a witness led to the arrest of the subject for Breaking and Entering. Additional charges of Attempted Breaking and Entering were filed after evidence linked the subject to another nearby commercial establishment.

12-15-15    Disorderly Arrest-Peeping
Officers responded to the area of 1090 Beacon St on a report of a suspicious male looking into apartment windows.  Officers responded and observed a subject just outside a window between 1080 and 1090 Beacon St.  Further investigation and a positive identification led to the arrest of the subject. Evidence gathered at the scene tied the subject to recent similar crimes in the area.
