Arrest: Occurred on 3/13 at 3:27 AM- Boylston St.
A vehicle was traveling on Boylston St. at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the operator’s information revealed that he did not have a valid driver’s license for operation in Massachusetts. The operator was placed under arrest for Not Duly Licensed.
OUIL: Occurred on 3/13 at 3:22 AM- Norfolk Rd./ Boylston St.
A motor vehicle was parked on the sidewalk on Boylston St. at Norfolk Rd with its engine running and the operator behind the wheel. The officer stopped to interact with the operator. Upon reaching the driver, the officer could detect an odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle. Based on the officer’s observations, the driver was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor.
Arrest: Occurred on 3/12 at 7:17 PM- Chestnut St.
A Red Dodge Caravan entered the rotary at Chestnut St. and Pond Ave. failing to yield to a police vehicle, almost striking the cruiser’s front passenger side. The officers conducted a traffic stop on Chestnut St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that he did not have a valid license for operation in Massachusetts. The operator was placed under arrest and charged with Not Duly Licensed.
Arrest: Occurred on 3/12 at 5:12 PM- Commonwealth Ave.
Officers observed an individual acting unusually at the intersection of Pleasant St. and Commonwealth Ave. The individual appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was directing traffic from the sidewalk. A check of the subject’s information revealed that he had a straight warrant out of Concord District Court. The individual was placed under arrest for the warrant.
