Arrest: On March 29 Brookine Woman arrest for OUIL @ 10:18 pm Female suspect was stopped and arrested for OUIL at Newell Road & Kent Street in Brookline. She was also charged with not having her drivers license in possesison.
Larceny: On March 29th A Tabor place resident reported he was a victim of a larceny while working out at the Boston Sports Club on Atlantic Avenue in Boston on Monday evening. His wallet and credit cards were stolen.
Larceny: On March 29th a Boston resident reported Ski Equipment stolen. On March 16th, 2007 at 9:13 am A Boston resident reports while emptying her vehicle on Amory Street, she placed her skies, poles and boots on the sidewalk and parked her car, a short disatance away. When she returned her ski equipmant had vanished.
Assault & Battery: A Brighton man reports he was assaulted by a co-worker on March 2oth at the Park School onGoddard Ave in Brookline. The victim sought treatment at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Brighton. A Complaint was sought in Brookline District Court for assault & battery for against a John Severini of Tyngsboro.

- March 28, 2007 7:40pm Warrant arrest on High St. Tyrone Way arrested on a Default Warrant.
LARCENY
- Larceny reported at Brook St. One men's silver bicycle and one woman's Euro style bicycle stolen from in front of Brook St. The bicycles were locked together up against a tree.
- March 28, 2007 citizen reports she was the victim of idenity fraud. Numerous transactions had been made on her debit card account with Bank of America without her permission.

Crime Report (3/26/07)
ARRESTS
- Occurred at 10:37 p.m. (3/23/07)- Washington Street
David Kelley and Imtiaz Khan were both arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Assault and Battery. While Kelley had been walking home, Khan had been riding his bicycle. Khan reportedly almost hit Kelley while riding. The two men began to yell at each other. Khan got off his bike and walked toward Kelley with his cell phone in his hand. Kelley took the cell phone and threw it. Both of them grabbed one another and a struggle took place. Kelley began to walk home again, and Khan grabbed his bike. Khan later approached Kelley again in front of Brookline Firehouse. Khan was carrying steel rod in his hand. At this time, several firefighters had come out of the firehouse. Kelley received an additional charge for defacing property (Khan’s cell phone), and Khan was additionally charged with assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

The passenger side window of the victim’s vehicle had been smashed. A dash mounted Newvie GPS was stolen. The car alarm had awakened the victim’s neighbor, and when she looked out her window she has seen a white male wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt running from the parking lot.

The driver side window of the victim’s vehicle had been smashed and a black leather purse was stolen. The purse had contained approximately $100, the victim’s cell phone, driver’s license, and two credit cards.

Rear passenger side window of the victim’s vehicle had been smashed and a black duffel bag had been taken from the back seat. The bag had contained school books, clothes, and other personnel items.

At the above time and location, the victim’s bicycle was stolen. The bike had been in the victim’s backyard and had been locked to itself with a kryptonite bike lock.

At the above time and location, three bicycles were stolen from the victim’s backyard.
(The first bicycle was described as a specialized brand Hybrid women's 24 speed bike, burgundy in color valued at approximately $250. She stated the bike had a halogen light on the front handle bars and a label attached to the frame that read "Backbay Bicycle".
The second bicycle was described as a huge Jamis brand men's bike that was silver and red in color valued at approximately $300.
The third bicycle was described as a Bianchi brand women's 21 speed color black valued at approximately $300. She stated it had a torn seat, rusty handle bars, a halogen light on the front of it and a saddle bag on the right rear of the bike. It had been registered with the police department.)

At the above time and location, the suspect evaded a $13.60 taxi fare. The suspect was scheduled to go the police station in order to provide a check that would be sent to the cab driver. He never showed up and was not home the two times an officer went to his residence. A hearing will be requested.

ARRESTS
- Occurred at 12:20 p.m. (3/21/07)- Brookline Avenue/Parkway Road
Francis Langone was arrested for Possession of Class D Substance- Marijuana. The reporting officer had seen Langone drop and put out what had appeared to be a marijuana cigarette as he approached him. The officer could also smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the suspect’s person. Two large glassine bags of marijuana were discovered in Langone’s front pockets during a search for contraband. - Between 9:08 p.m. and 9:29 p.m. (3/21/07)- Webster Street/Beacon Street
Angel Castro and Felito Sanchez were arrested for larceny over $250. The two suspects had stolen 114 various cosmetic items (total value $1128.08) from CVS, and 3 bottles of BioInfusion smoothing serum (total value $44.97) from Walgreen’s. Castro and Sanchez had been stopped while riding their bikes in an area that has recently had a rash of car breaks. Castro received additional charges for a Default Warrant and Furnishing a False Name.
GRAFFITI
- Between 7:00 p.m. (3/17/07) and 12:00 p.m. (3/18/07)- Cameron Street
Trucks and property belonging to Brookline Ice and Coal were damaged by graffiti. Four (4) trailers, two (2) trucks and one backhoe had numerous graffiti marks. The marks included “DK”, “MNPO”, and “SULK”.

Owen Davies was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery. Davies had gotten into an altercation with his mother, and had “spat” in her face.
LARCENY

At the above time and location, the suspect was seen removing money from the coin boxes of certain USA Today newspaper machines. The amount of $4.75 in quarters and $0.75 in nickels and dimes was recovered from the suspect. He will be summonsed into court for Larceny at 208 Harvard Avenue, Allston, and attempted Larceny at 285 Harvard Street, Brookline. - Occurred at 2:51 p.m. (3/19/07)- Harvard Street
At the above time and location, a white shopping bag filled with numerous Polo style shirts was found abandoned. The clothing was property of The Children’s Place and was later confirmed to have been shoplifted. There had been seventeen (17) jerseys with a total value of $155 in the white shopping bag. The suspect was described as a black female, 48-55 years old, medium build, wearing a brown jacket (carrying a white bag).

The victim reported that he lent his computer to a friend, but the friend unexpectedly moved and failed to return the computer. The computer is an Apple I-Mac (valued at $1199).

ARRESTS
- Between 3:04 a.m. and 4:24 a.m. (3/16/07)- Brigham Circle
Jose Jimenez and Juvenile were arrested for Stolen Motor Vehicle. Jimenez and the juvenile had been traveling in the stolen motor vehicle with no headlights. When the reporting officer attempted to pull the vehicle over, they refused to stop and continued to drive in an endangering manner, weaving and swerving uncontrollably. The vehicle traveled throughout the streets, violating numerous traffic violations and eventually entering Boston. As they were traveling the wrong way on Parker Street, a Boston cruiser was traveling up the street in the correct direction. The vehicle made a left onto Della Avenue and collided into three parked vehicles. It parked against a silver Dodge. The two suspects climbed out the passenger window, over the Dodge, and then fled on foot. The Brookline and two Boston officers began pursuit on foot, eventually comprehending both of the suspects and arresting them. During booking, screwdrivers were found on each of the suspects and both of them admitted to taking the motor vehicle. Jimenez and the juvenile were ultimately charged with Stolen Motor Vehicle, Failure to Stop for a PO, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Burglarious Tools, and Operating to Endanger. Jimenez received an additional charge of Operating without a License.

Roberto Rodriguez was arrested Operating After Suspension, Furnishing a False Name to a Police Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and for three outstanding warrants. Rodriquez’s father had reported that his son had possession of his vehicle without his permission, but did not wish to pursue the charge of Use without Authority. Rabbi Otilio had been a passenger of the vehicle and was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Jami Rodgers was placed under arrest for a warrant out for failure to appear for traffic offenses. Rodgers also had a suspended license and the vehicle he had been operating had displayed a rejected inspection sticker.

Serge Rybakova was arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol and Left Turn Violation.

Judith Bigelow was arrest for a warrant out of Quincy.
FRAUD

Victim reported that her cell phone had been jacked and used to send $111.00 worth of text messages. She believes the suspect to be an individual with whom she exchanged “instant messages” with via her phone to his computer.
- Between 12:00 p.m. (3/8/07) and 6:58 p.m. (3/12/07)- Dwight Street
At the above time and location, and unauthorized use was occurred on the victim’s Bank of America card. A charge of $199.00 was made to an online music store called Music Gear. The fraudulent charge was made on 3/8/07 and was sent to an address in Pennsylvania.
LARCENY
- Occurred at 5:38 p.m. (3/16/07)- Lee Street
At the above time and location, a bundle of mail and a package were taken from the front door step of the victim’s home. The package had been from Novaris Pharmaceutical Company.
- Between 12:46 p.m. (3/13/07) and 12:46 p.m. (3/17/07)- Beacon Street
At the above time and location, a package intended for the victim was stolen. The victim believes that the package was too big to fit in the locked mailbox and was left on the shelf next to the mailboxes in the lobby. The victim stated that it had contained a $5000 check and some personal pages.

At the above time and location, a baritone, horn musical instrument went missing from the Devotion School principal’s office. The instrument is described as a brass horn, approximately 2.5 feet tall and 1.5 feet wide, should be in a black case, and is valued at approx. $1950.
- Between 9:30 p.m. (3/12/07) and 7:45 a.m. (3/13/07)- Mason Terrace
At the above time and location, the victim’s bike was stolen. The bike was locked to the porch railing which is right next to the victim’s bedroom window. Whoever took the bike left another in its place. The victim’s bike had been a Peugeot mountain bike (valued at $200), and it was replaced with a red Trek mountain bike.
MALICIOUS DAMAGE
- Between 5:30 p.m. (3/16/07) and 2:00 p.m. (3/17/07)- Naples Road
At the above time and location, the victim’s vehicle had received damage to the front windshield.
- Occurred at 9:33 p.m. (3/17/07)- Linden Street
At the above time and location, the back door of the building had been broken open. The dead bolt had been forced from the frame. The back door leads to a common back stairway which leads to rear doors of apartments in the building.
- Between 5:00 p.m. (3/16/07) and 11:00 p.m. (3/17/07)- Harvard Street
At the above time and location, two Catering by Andrew delivery trucks had been damaged. The front windshields were smashed and the front hood handles had been smashed off both trucks. An employee had seen a suspicious male walking around the lot and looking in the truck windows at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 15. The suspect was described as a black male, approx 5’9”, wearing a light brown colored jacket. The employee also noticed a strut or shuffle to the man’s walk.

Mark McHugh was arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and marked lanes violation.
- Occurred at 2:00 p.m. (3/9/07)- Harvard Street, Body Shop
Divine Lewis was placed under arrest for shoplifting from the Body Shop. Lewis had stolen $143.50 worth of merchandise and provided a false name when identified by an officer. During the search of Lewis, tags were discovered on her clothing. She then admitted that she had also shoplifted merchandise from Gap valuing $141.48. Lewis was ultimately charged with two counts of shoplifting and providing a false name to a police officer. - March 10, 2007- Harvard Street
Ben Goldblatt was arrested for operating after suspension and also received a citation for a defective headlight. - Occurred at 2:14 p.m. (3/10/07)- Harvard Street/Beals Street
Juvenile and Juvenile2 were arrested for Unarmed Robbery, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (shod foot), and Assault and Battery. The two juveniles had pushed the female victim down on the sidewalk and kicked and punched her, especially in the face area. They also took her book-bag. An officer had approached the scene, and upon yelling “Police Don’t Move” and “Stop”, the juveniles ran in opposite directions. Both suspects were later found and identified by the victim. - Between 5:24 p.m. and 6:25 p.m. (3/10/07)- Harvard Street, Stop and Shop
Walberto Parrila was arrested for shoplifting. Parrila had been walking around the store filling a brown paper bag and a knapsack with several items. The merchandise found in Parrila’s bag has a total value of $123.17. During the police interview at Stop and Shop, Parrila gave a false name and an incorrect social security number. He also stated that he was homeless and had a swollen right arm. Parrila was informed that he was under arrest and was then transported to the hospital. During booking at the station, fingerprints revealed Parrila’s identity. - Occurred at 11:13 p.m.(3/10/07)- Winchester Street
At the above time and location, an officer was dispatched for youths drinking and stopping cars in the middle of the street. While enroute, the officer observed 7 youths including a individual that had been assaulted while at the dispatched location. The victim had been assaulted by Allan Friedman. The victim and various witnesses stated that Friedman had put him into a headlock and punched him several times. Friedman than threw him to the ground and kicked him. Friedman had left the scene, but was later arrested outside his home for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (shod foot).
Another officer went to the above location and discovered a 30 pack of Coors Lite Beer on the ground next to the driveway. He secured it in his vehicle. Upon doing so he heard noise from the yard of the house next door. There he discovered a young male hiding behind the fence. While talking to the young male, the officer heard noises coming from the rear of 177 Winchester Street, which ended up being another young male climbing the fence. The officer told him to stop, but he continued to climb and ran down the hill and across Columbia Street. Gregory Nasif was later found and arrested for disorderly conduct. A fake ID was found when Nasif’s personal belongings were processed, and he was additionally charged with possession of a fake Massachusetts ID card.
Additional responses were made to 179 Winchester Street. During this time 4 additional males were seen jumping the same fence and running down the hill and across Columbia Street. Two of the four males were later found. Bradford Hoffman was arrested for disorderly conduct and Andrew Cavanaugh was also arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Multiple youths were discovered hiding on the third floor of 179 Winchester Street. There had apparently been a party with alcohol present. They were all advised to contact their parents to come and get them.
A 30 pack of Coors Lite box containing 12 full beers, a 30 pack of Coors Lite containing 19 cans of beer, a 30 pack of Coors Lite containing 19 cans of beer, 2 cans Budweiser beer, 12 oz bottle Corona, 1.75 liter bottle of Bacardi (almost empty), and one liter bottle of Pina Colada were all seized and entered into evidence.
MALICIOUS DAMAGE
- Occurred at 9:30 a.m. (3/9/07)- St Paul Street
At the above time and location, the victim had noticed that her basement storage room door had been forced open. The door had been locked with a pad lock and latch, and it appeared that something had been used to pull the screws away from the wall. Five other storage doors in the apartment’s basement appeared to have also been forced open. - Between 7:30 p.m. (3/9/07) and 4:00 p.m. (3/10/07)- Sheafe Street
At the above time and location, all four tires of the victim’s vehicle were slashed with some type of knife. - Between 8:00 p.m. (3/9/07) and 10:45 a.m. (3/12/07)- High Street

At the above time and location, a foreign liquid was sprayed on the victim’s motor vehicle.

- Between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (3/8/07)- Goddard Avenue
At the above time and location, the victim’s radio and other personal items (including four credit cards) were taken from his vehicle. The victim reported that he had locked his vehicle, but there had been no apparent damage. At this time it is uncertain how the culprit gained entrance. - Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. (3/9/07)- Browne Street
Passenger side window of the victim’s vehicle was smashed, and a GPS system was taken from the front dashboard. The GPS was a Mio C310X valued at $299.99. - Between 3:00 p.m. and 10:55 p.m. (3/9/07)- Park Street
Driver side window of vehicle was smashed. A Garmin Street Pilot GPS unit and the victim’s wallet were taken. The wallet had contained the victim’s driver’s license, Quincy College student ID, Bank of America debit card, Capital One Visa credit card, Best Buy card, and approx. $100 in cash. - Between 12:00 p.m. (2/25/07) and 3:00 p.m. (3/10/07)- Babcock Street
The victim’s vehicle was broken into and a Pioneer radio was stolen. It appeared that the method of entry was made via the driver’s side window by forcing the window down using body pressure.
LARCENY
- Between 10:45 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. (3/6/07)- Beacon St, MBTA Stop
At the above time and location, the victim feels that her MBTA pass (monthly pass valued at $59) was taken from her jacket pocket while riding the T. A man that had been sitting next to her jumped up and ran off the train at the Kent Street stop on the C-line (inbound). She realized that her pass was missing when she arrived home, and suspects the man sitting next to her had stolen it. She described the suspect as a white male, 20’s, 6’0”, slim build and medium brown hair. - Between 5:00 .m. and 5:30 p.m. (3/9/07)- Harvard Street
At the above time and location, two cell phones were stolen from the Sprint Store. Both cell phones are made by Motorola and are carrying the Nextel service. The phones were models I880 and I870 and were valued at $450 each. - Between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. (2/24/07)- Beacon Street
The victim reported that while shopping at Shaw’s he put his keys on the upper level of the carriage. By the time that reached the checkout, the keys were missing. The victim checked through the store and had called them to see if they were ever found or returned. No keys matching the description had been recovered. The keys included the victim’s apartment keys, and the victim is not aware of any attempts to enter his home as of yet.
BURGLARY
- Between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. (3/8/07)- Sheafe Street
At the above time and location, the victim reported that her oldest son had broken into her residence via the kitchen window. Her younger son had come home from school and had seen his brother in the apartment. He told his younger brother not to tell their mother that he had been there. The victim stated that her son knows that he is not allowed to be in the home. She reported that her son’s (the suspect’s) passport, two pieces of jewelry [a claddaugh ring earrings ($100) and a Jewish star pin ($150)], and the Play Station (valued at $150) were missing. A black hat and pocket knife were left behind by the son, and were admitted as evidence.
FRAUD
- Between 7:00 a.m. (2/21/07) and 7:00 a.m. (2/22/07)- Beals Street
The victim reported the fraudulent use of her American Express credit card. American Express had called the victim concerning suspicious activity on her card. There had been multiple purchases made by various people using her credit card. - Between 7:00 a.m. (3/6/07) and 11:53 p.m. (3/13/07)- Lancaster Terrace
The victim’s Citi Mastercard has been charged for unauthorized items. His credit card company had called him and informed him that there were multiple charges being made with his Mastercard. The victim informed them that they purchases were unauthorized, therefore they were rejected.

The victim, and employee of Hammond Reality Trust, had her purse stolen at the above time and location. She had left them on a chair in the back room of the office. The victim later reported that her debit card had been used at three locations: mini mart/Exxon station in Needham ($12.50 in gasoline), Stop and Shop in Natick ($101.50), and Macy’s at the Natick Mall ($1100, transaction declined).
