SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a shoplifting incident on Harvard St.

FRAUD

Officers took a report of a scam wherein an individual posed as a seller online and pretended to hire the victim. The scammer asked the victim to place money orders.  

SCAM

Officers took a report of a scam incident in which someone posed as a Brookline Police Officer and told the person that they needed to pay money to avoid criminal charges.

BIKE THEFT

Officers took a report of a bike theft on Harvard St.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers took a report of a package theft on Payson Rd.

THEFT

Officers took a report of a theft on Amory St.

WALLET THEFT

Officers took a report of a wallet theft on Washington St.

ROBBERY ATTEMPT

Officers responded to a robbery attempt on Harvard St. The suspects attempted to grab a purse from a woman. The suspects were arrested.

OPEN & GROSS

Officers took a report of a open and gross behavior on Buckminster Rd.

Thursday, September 19

ASSAULT

Officers responded to an unwanted person on Walnut St. Upon arrival of officers, the individual attempted to flee, and in the process, shoved an officers down a set of stairs. The individual was arrested.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers took a report of a shoplifting incident on Commonwealth Av.

MOPED THEFT

Officers took a report of a moped being stolen on Boylston St.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers took a report of a package theft on Washington St.

Officers took a report of a package theft on Middlesex Rd.

Saturday, September 21

FRAUD

Officers took a report of a fraud incident in which an individual posed as a Bank of America employee and acquired banking information from the victims. 

CAR BREAK

Officers took a report of theft from a car on Commonwealth Av.

Officers took a report of a shoplifting incident on Harvard St.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took a report of malicious damage to a car on Harvard St. The suspect has been summonsed to court.
