ANIMAL VIOLATION - Officers took a report of an animal bite that occurred at Brookline Ave Park. The reporting party shared they were walking their dog on-leash when another dog ran up to them and started to attack their dog. The owner has been issued a by-law citation.

BIKE THEFT - Officers were called to Sewall Av for a report of a bike theft. The reporting party shared that they left their bike unsecured in the basement of their building and returned a few weeks later to discover it was missing.

THEFT - Officers responded to Harvard St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated an unidentified female grabbed the tip jar at an establishment and fled the area.

GRAFFITI - Officers were alerted to new graffiti that appeared at Larz Anderson Park.


Wednesday, July 20

PACKAGE THEFT - Officers were called to Longwood Av for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they went to collect a delivery and discovered that the contents had been removed.


Thursday, July 21

AUTO PARTS THEFT - Officers responded to Davis Av for a report of a theft. The reporting party shared they left their vehicle in the driveway for a few days and returned to discover that the catalytic converter had been stolen. 

FRAUD - Officers took a report of fraud, where the reporting party stated they applied for an apartment online and transferred a deposit. The listing was discovered to be fraudulent.

MV THEFT - Officers were called to High St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they left their motorcycle in the rear lot of a residence and returned the next day to discover it had been stolen.


Friday, July 22

ANIMAL VIOLATION - Officers took a report of an animal bite that occurred on Lawton St. The reporting party stated they were walking down the street when they passed a female individual walking her dog. The dog jumped up on the party and then bit them in the leg. The matter is under investigation.

BIKE THEFT - Officers responded to Chestnut St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they secured their bike to a fence and discovered a few hours later that it had been stolen.


Sunday, July 24

CAR BREAK - Officers were called to Pleasant St for a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The reporting party shared they left their vehicle unlocked in a lot overnight and discovered the next day that property was missing.
