In the evening of October 26, an officer observed a vehicle
traveling with a broken front headlight. The officer ran a query of the vehicle
and found that it had not been inspected. The officer initiated a traffic stop
in the area of Babcock and Dwight Streets. The driver of the vehicle was found
to have a suspended license and was placed under arrest for driving with a
suspended license, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and for defective
equipment.
