An officer was monitoring traffic on Lagrange Street noticed
a vehicle making an illegal U-turn. The officer stopped the vehicle and asked
for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest
for operating a vehicle without a license.
Police responded to a report of shop lifting. The subject
was placed under arrest.
