Police Reports for August 8 through August 10, 2014
On August 9, an officer observed a vehicle fail to stop at
the stop sign at West Roxbury Parkway and Newton St. The vehicle was pulled
over and the officer asked the driver for her license and registration. The
driver had a warrant for her arrest and was placed under arrest.
On August 9, an officer conducting traffic patrol conducted
a random query of a passing vehicle along Commonwealth Ave and Essex St. The
owner of the vehicle had a suspended driver’s license and the vehicle was
pulled over. The driver is summonsed to Brookline District Court.
On August 10, an officer was conducting general traffic
patrol along Harvard and Babcock St. A passing vehicle did not have a front
license plate attached. The vehicle was pulled over and the officer asked for
the driver’s license and registration. The driver’s license and registration
were revoked and the driver was placed under arrest.
On August 10, a vehicle drove through a red light at the
intersection of Cypress St and Boylston St. The vehicle was pulled over and the
officer asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver had a
suspended license and was placed under arrest.
On August 10, a subject was placed under arrest for the
enticement of a child. This arrest was made after an ongoing investigation for
the enticement of a child on Craigslist.
