A query of a vehicle’s registration revealed that the registered owner had an outstanding warrant. The query also revealed that the vehicle’s registration was expired. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Grove St. The driver was confirmed to be the registered owner, and he was placed under arrest for the warrant.
Arrest: Occurred on 4/29 at 6:14 PM- Harvard St.
A vehicle made an illegal U-turn on Harvard St. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Harvard St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that his license was suspended. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
Arrest: Occurred on 4/29 at 4:29 AM- St. Paul St.
A vehicle took an illegal right turn on red from Freeman St. onto St. Paul St. The officer conducted a traffic stop on St. Paul St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that her license was expired and that she had an active warrant out for her arrest. The driver was placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation and the warrant.
OUIL: Occurred on 4/29 at 2:31 AM- Englewood Ave.
An officer observed a person slumped over in the driver’s seat of a parked car on Englewood Ave. The vehicle’s engine was running and the headlights were illuminated. The officer observed recent damage to the front end of the vehicle. The driver awoke upon the officer’s arrival at his window. The officer could detect an odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle. Based on the observations, the driver was placed under arrest for Operating under the Influence of Liquor.
B&E Motor Vehicle: Occurred on 4/27- Allerton St.
An individual reported a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The victim stated that she parked her vehicle on Allerton St. When she returned, she discovered that the front passenger side window had been smashed and a GPS unit was removed from the vehicle.
B&E Motor Vehicle: Occurred on 4/27- Boylston St./ Philbrick Rd.
An individual reported a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The victim stated she parked her vehicle at the corner of Boylston St. and Phillbrick Rd. When she returned, she discovered that the front passenger side window had been smashed and a GPS unit was removed from the vehicle.
