Arrests:

Occurred at 1:56 PM (6/8) – Brookline Avenue/ Aspinwall Avenue

Officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding in a school zone and an expired inspection sticker. Upon investigation officers learned that the subject had a straight warrant out for his arrest. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest. During an inventory of the vehicle marijuana was found. The subject was additionally cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Occurred at 9:55 PM (6/8) – Boylston Street/ Fisher Avenue

Officers conducted a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker. Upon investigation officers learned that the subject was not properly licensed to operate in Massachusetts. The subject was subsequently placed under arrests for non duly license, no inspection sticker, and forging or possessing a fake vehicle document.

Occurred at 11:57 PM (6/8) – Beacon Street/ Carlton Street

Officers conducted a traffic stop for a marked lanes violation. Upon investigation officers learned that the subject’s license to operate in Massachusetts was suspended. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest for operating after suspension.

Occurred between 1:19 AM (6/9) and 1:44 AM (6/9) – Boylston Street/ Hammond Street

Officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding. Upon investigation officers learned that the subject’s license to operate in Massachusetts was revoked. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest for operating after revocation.

Occurred at 1:45 AM (6/9) – Washington Street

Officers conducted a traffic for a marked lanes violation. When the officers approached the vehicle they immediately smelled alcohol emanating from the vehicle. Officers conducted field sobriety tests and learned that the subject was operating under the influence of alcohol. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest for operating under the influence of alcohol.
