Arrests:

Occurred at 7:47 PM (2/9) – Beacon Street

Officers conducted a traffic stop for an illegal turn. Upon investigation officers learned that the operator did not have a right to operate a motor vehicle in Massachusetts. The operator was subsequently placed under arrest for driving without a license. Upon arrival to the station officers found a passport in the prisoner’s property that identified him with a different name. Upon investigation officers learned that the new name was the subjects actual name and that the subject had three default warrants out for his arrest. The subject was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Therefore, the subject was charged with not duly licensed, false name and information, illegal left turn, and possession of Class E drug.

Possession:
Occurred at 2:20 AM (2/10) – Boylston Street/ White Avenue

Officers conducted a traffic stop due to speeding. Upon investigation officer detected an odor that seemed to resemble marijuana. The operator was issued a town by- law citations, for the civil violation of possession of marijuana.
