Sept. 25th – Sept 27th
Occurred 6:49 PM (9/25) – Beacon St.
Police responded to a report of an assault and battery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that while he was walking, a male subject stole his hat off his head and fled. When the victim attempted to retrieve his hat, the suspect assaulted him and broke his glasses. Police located the suspect and placed him under arrest for unarmed robbery, malicious destruction to property, and assault and battery.
Occurred 7:17 PM (9/25) – Boylston St. / Washington St.
Police responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle being operated by a possible intoxicated person. Officers located the vehicle along with the driver who informed them that he was lost and attempting to get back home. Upon speaking to the driver, officers observed him to have slurred speech, glassy eyes, and be unsteady on his feet. Based on officer’s observations of the driver’s intoxicated appearance, he was subsequently placed under arrest for operating under the influence of alcohol.
Occurred between 12:35 AM and 12:45 AM (9/26) – Harvard St.
Police observed a motor vehicle traveling with defective equipment and executed a traffic stop. Officers conducted a query of the driver’s information and discovered that his Mass driver’s license had been suspended. Police subsequently placed the driver under arrest for operating a motor vehicle after suspension.
Occurred 5:06 PM (9/26) – Monmouth St. / Carlton St.
Police observed two male subjects riding bikes and acting in a suspicious manner and attempted to conduct a field investigation. Upon doing so, the subjects fled from police. Police were able to locate one of the subject’s and determine that he was riding a stolen bicycle. Police subsequently placed him under arrest for receiving stolen property.
Occurred 12:27 AM (9/27) – Cottage St.
While patrolling, officers stopped a male subject with two active arrest warrants and a suspended driver’s license. Police subsequently found drug paraphernalia and several nip bottles in the vehicle. The subject was arrested and is being charged with operating after suspension, possession of class-B drug, and the active warrants.
Occurred 3:30 PM (9/27) – Brookline Pl.
Police responded to a report of drugs being sold in the area. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated he observed an individual pull a bag of what he believed to be marijuana out of his backpack and hand a smaller bag of marijuana over to another individual. Police reviewed surveillance footage which confirmed narcotics activity had taken place at the above location. Police subsequently located the subjects involved and placed them under arrest for possession Class D with intent to distribute, conspiracy, and violation of controlled substance on school property.
Occurred 4:47 PM (9/27) – Brookline Pl.
Police responded to a report of a group of youths acting disorderedly. Upon arrival, police located the individuals and conducted a field investigation. During the investigation officers discovered that the male subjects had alcohol, drug paraphernalia, and drugs in their possession. Police subsequently placed the two subjects under arrest.
Larceny
Occurred between 3:00 PM (9/24) and 4:48 PM (9/25) – Brook St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. The victim stated that upon returning home from work he discovered his Apple MAC Book laptop missing from his bedroom. Police were provided with several leads which they are following up on.
Occurred between 7:32 PM (9/24) and 6:00 PM (9/26) – Sewall Ave.
Police responded to a report of a larceny of a bicycle. The victim reported his Raleigh USA men's bicycle was stolen from the basement of his building sometime during the last two days. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 5:05 PM and 5:40 PM (9/25) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny at a local store. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that while she was in the dressing room, her cell phone, credit cards, and MA driver’s license were taken. She informed officers that earlier she encountered a suspicious female subject while in the dressing room who grabbed her clothing and fled when questioned by the victim. Police were unable to locate the suspect but are conducting a follow-up investigation.
Occurred between 3:10 PM and 3:15 PM (9/26) – Sewall Ave.
Police responded to a report of a larceny at a local hotel. Officers met with the victim who stated that while she was checking into the hotel, her husband and son were tending to their luggage outside. When her husband went to retrieve the last suitcase, he discovered it missing from the sidewalk. The suitcase contained clothing, cash, and jewelry. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 5:45 PM and 5:50 PM (9/26) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. The victim stated that while he was in a local store, he placed his wallet on the front counter and then grabbed his bags and left the store. When he returned for his wallet, he discovered it missing from the counter. A report was filed.
Occurred between 6:00 PM and 9:15 PM (9/26) – St. Mary’s St.
Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that she had locked her grey Trek hybrid bicycle to a light pole and when she returned she discovered the lock cut off and the bike missing. Police are following up on the case.
Malicious Damage
Occurred 10:06 PM (9/25) – Beverly Rd.
While patrolling, officers came across damage done to a local school. Upon inspection, officers observed a door with shattered glass. Police are following up on the case.
Breaking and Entering and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle
Occurred between 1:30 PM (9/25) and 10:00 AM (9/26) – Somerset Rd.
Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that when he returned to his parked vehicle during the morning hours, he discovered his Garmin GPS missing from the center console. Police are reviewing surveillance footage that monitors the victim’s front property and will be following up on the case.
Occurred between 3:00 PM (9/25) and 7:41 PM (9/27) – Greenway Ct.
Police responded to a report of a past breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. The victim stated that sometime while her car was parked for the past two days, an unknown suspect broke into her car and stole her Garmin GPS from her center console. Police are following up on the case.
Burglary
Occurred between 4:24 PM (9/20) and 4:24 PM (9/25) – Clyde St.
Police responded to a report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that when she returned home, she discovered the front door knobs to her apartment on the floor in the hallway. She also reported multiple pry marks on the door around the lock area. Police determined entry was not gained into the apartment and a report was filed.
Motor Vehicle Theft
Occurred between 5:30 PM and 7:15 PM (9/24) – Beacon St.
Police responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Officers met with the victim who stated that when she got out of work, she discovered her car missing from where she had parked it. The victim’s car is described as a 2004 dark green Ford SUV. Police filed a report and will be following up on the case.

Sept. 23rd – Sept 24th
Occurred between 10:00 PM (9/20) and 7:00 AM (9/21) – Amory Park
Police observed three subjects in a local park during posted restricted hours and executed a field interrogation. Upon identifying the subjects, police discovered that one of the individuals had an active arrest warrant. Police subsequently placed the subject under arrest for the warrant.
Occurred 1:01 AM (9/24) – Boylston/ Buckminster Rd.
While monitoring traffic, police observed a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and executed a traffic stop. Upon identifying the driver, officers discovered that his Mass. driver’s license was expired. Police subsequently placed the driver under arrest for being not duly licensed.
Larceny
Occurred 7:11 AM (9/23) – Commonwealth Ave.
Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a local store. Upon arrival, officers spoke with store employees who stated that they observed a male subject place bottles of lotion into his jacket. When approached by employees, the suspect dropped the items and fled the store. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6'0", with dreadlocks. Police were unable to locate the suspect and are conducting a follow-up investigation.
Occurred 5:20 PM (9/24) – Station St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny at a local store. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that her purse was taken sometime while she was shopping. The purse contained the victim’s MA driver’s license, cash, grey Motorola cell phone, credit cards and house and car keys. Police are following up on the case.
Breaking and Entering and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle
Occurred 3:24 PM (9/22) – Tappan St.
Police responded to a report of a past breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. Officers met with the victim who stated that items were stolen from his parked vehicle on the above date. Items reported missing include a gym bag, clothes, and loose change. A report was filed.
Occurred 3:24 PM (9/23) – Egmont St.
Police responded to a breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. The victim stated that when she returned to her daughter’s parked vehicle, she discovered the passenger side window smashed and GPS missing. Police are following up on the case.
Burglary
Occurred 5:36 AM (9/24) – Park St.
Police responded to a report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, officers observed a door leading into the apartment building with a broken glass panel. The reporting party stated that she heard the sound of glass breaking and footsteps on the building stairs, but did not see anyone. No items have been reporting missing at this time. Police are following up on the case.

Occurred 9:47 AM (9/22) – Babcock St.
Police responded to a report of malicious damage at a local hospital. Upon arrival, officers observed damage done to the sun room in the form of broken furniture. Police subsequently placed the patient responsible for the damage under arrest for malicious destruction to property and for having an active arrest warrant.
Assault
Occurred 5:00 PM (9/18) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a past assault and battery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reported that while she walking, three female subjects approached her and assaulted her. The victim described the subjects as two Hispanic females and one White female, all approximately 16 years of age with an average build.
Breaking and Entering and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle
Occurred between 9:00 PM (9/21) and 8:45 AM (9/22) – Allandale Rd.
Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that the previous night she left her vehicle parked in her driveway. When she returned the following morning, she discovered loose change and her Magellan GPS missing.
Larceny
Occurred between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (9/21) – Commonwealth Ave.
Police responded to a report of a past larceny. Officers met with the victim who stated that when he went to use his laptop at work, he discovered it missing from his office. The laptop is described as a metal blue Asus. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM (9/21) – Beacon St.
Police responded to a report of a stolen scooter. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that sometime while he was at his friend’s house, his moped was stolen from outside. The moped is described as a 2010 Red Genuine Scooter Company Budy 50. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a larceny at a local restaurant. The victim stated that while she was sitting at the bar area, her wallet was taken from the counter.
Sept. 21st
Occurred between 10:00 PM (9/20) and 7:00 AM (9/21) – Regent Cr.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that the previous night he left his moped parked in his parking spot. When he returned the following morning, he discovered the moped missing. The moped is described as a 2005 black and grey Yamaha Zuma.
Occurred between 4:00 PM (9/20) and 2:00 AM (9/21) – St. Mary’s St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim who stated that when she returned home the previous night, she noticed her bike was missing. The bike is described as a blue Fuji.

Police responded to a report of a larceny at a local college gym. Officers met with the victim who stated that sometime while he was working out, an unknown suspect took his AT&T Impression cell phone from the window sill he had left it on.

Police responded to a report of malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who stated that her vehicle was damaged sometime while it was parked at her job. Officers observed the damage which consisted of scratches to the driver’s side door.

Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a local store. The reporting party, a store employee stated that she observed a male suspect take a hand-full of lipsticks from a cosmetic display and flee the store when questioned. After a brief search, police located the suspect and placed him under arrest for shoplifting.
Burglary
Occurred between 7:30 PM (9/17) and 11:30 AM (9/19) – Perry St.
Police responded to a report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that when she returned to her home in the morning, she discovered her ground level side window open and several items missing from her residence. Items reported stolen include jewelry and an IPod. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 12:01 AM and 12:02 AM (9/20) – Beacon St.
Police responded to a report of a burglary at a local jewelry store. Upon arrival, officers observed a broken store window and spoke with several witnesses who stated that they heard the sound of glass breaking and then observed a young white male wearing dark clothing flee from the area of the jewelry store. The suspect took 18 watches and 2 necklaces. Police are following up on the case.
Larceny
Occurred 2:00 PM (9/19) – Beacon St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that his wife had a package delivered to her which contained a women’s Prada coat. When he went to retrieve the package from his front-door staircase, he discovered the package opened and the box was empty. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 6:00 PM (9/17) and 6:00 PM (9/19) – Winchester St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that his bicycle was stolen from the basement of his residential building. The bike is described as a Sears’s 1973 3 speed hybrid bicycle with a Kryptonite Evolution lock. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (9/19) – Freeman St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. Officers met with the victim who stated that when he went to use his bike, he discovered it missing. The bike is described as a white and red men's Spealized ground control bike with a yellow spring under the seat. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred 5:29 PM (9/20) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a local store. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party, a store employee who reported that he observed a white female subject enter the store, grab several women’s purses, and exit the store without paying. Police were unable to locate the suspect but believe she is traveling in a black Ford SUV and is responsible for similar crimes in the Boston area. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a graffiti complaint. Upon arrival, officers observed the letter “A” written two times in blue paint on a traffic light pole. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of graffiti on a local playground. Officers arrived on scene and observed the letters “mseknrus” written 7 times in black marker. Upon further inspection, officers discovered the word “joker” written on the slide. Police are following up on the case.

Sept. 17th
Occurred 12:57 AM (9/17) – Commonwealth Ave
While patrolling, officers observed a door to a retail building left ajar. Upon inspection, officers located a male subject inside who stated that he was doing overnight work for the store. Officers conducted a records check of the subject’s information and discovered that he had an active warrant out for his arrest. Police subsequently placed the subject under arrest for the active warrant.
Occurred 2:52 AM (9/17) – St. Paul St. / Thatcher St.
Police executed a traffic stop for a vehicle they observed travel through a red light. Upon approaching the driver, officers detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle and noticed the driver to have slurred speech and glassy bloodshot eyes. Based on officers’ observations of the driver’s intoxicated appearance, he was subsequently placed under arrest for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and several civil motor vehicle offenses.

While monitoring traffic, police observed a motor vehicle with an expired inspection sticker and executed a traffic stop. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle to which a passenger in the vehicle stated belonged to him. Officers conducted a query of the driver’s information and discovered that his right to operate a motor vehicle in Mass. had been suspended. Police subsequently placed the driver under arrest for operating after suspension and cited the passenger for the civil infraction of possession of marijuana.
Sept. 16th
Occurred 4:39 AM (9/16) – Coolidge St.
Police responded to a report of a burglary. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting party who stated that when he woke up, he heard noises coming from the first floor. When he went to check on the noise, he discovered a male suspect in his home. Police subsequently located the suspect and placed him under arrest for breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony.
Occurred between 3:33 PM and 3:50 PM (9/16) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a shoplifter fleeing. Officers arrived on scene and were notified that a store employee was following a suspect he witnessed place several items under his arm and exit the store without paying. Officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest for shoplifting.
Robbery
Occurred between 1:50 PM and 1:52 PM (9/16) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a robbery at a local bank. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a bank employee who stated that a male suspect entered the bank, came up to his window, and instructed him to give him money from his drawer. The suspect, described as a white male about 5’8”, 170 lbs, approximately 27-28 years of age with a beard got the money and fled the scene. Police are following up on the case.
Malicious Damage
Occurred between 3:30 PM (9/09) and 3:30 PM (9/10) – Hancock Rd.
Police responded to a report of malicious damage. Officers met with the reporting party who stated that damage had been done to the front foyer of his house. Officers inspected the victim’s house and observed black stains and a cracked glass panel above the foyer. A report was filed.
Larceny
Occurred between 11:15 AM and 12:00 PM (9/16) – Summit Ave.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that when she returned home, she noticed her daughter’s new pair of sunglasses were missing. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 9:45 AM and 1:00 PM (9/15) – Harrison St.
Police responded to a report of a larceny. The victim reported that her gold ring and gold bracelet were stolen from her bedroom in her house. She informed officers that she had people constantly in and out of her house during this time as work was being done to her house. Police are following up on the case.
Fraud
Occurred between 7:00 PM (9/09) and 2:00 PM (9/16) – Clinton Rd.
Police responded to a report of a credit card fraud. Officers spoke with the victim who stated that an authorized charge was made to her credit card a week prior. She also informed officers that someone also attempted to purchase a vehicle online using her credit card. Police are following up on the case.
Sept 15th
Occurred between 7:00 AM and 8:05 AM (915) – Brookline Ave
Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. Officers met with the victim who stated that when she returned to her parked vehicle, she discovered her front passenger side window smashed. Items reported stolen include a white IPod and IPod case. A report was filed.
Larceny
Occurred between 12:01 AM and 10:30 AM (9/15) – Thorndike St.
Police responded to a report of an attempted larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that the previous night he parked his Yamahaa scooter outside of his building. When he returned the following day, he discovered items he kept stored in his seat compartment strewn on the side walk and damage to the ignition. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 8:00 AM (9/14) and 8:00 AM (9/15) – Parkway Rd. / Brookline Ave.
Police responded to a report of a larceny of a bicycle. The victim stated that the previous day he had stayed over his girlfriend’s house and locked his bike to a traffic sign. When he went to retrieve his bike the following day, it was missing. Police are following up on the case.
Fraud
Occurred between 2:00 AM (9/04) and 9:00 AM (9/05) – Freeman St.
Police responded to a report of a credit card fraud. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that when he checked his credit card account, he discovered two unauthorized transactions had been made to his account. He informed police that he recently lost his wallet and that no one else has access to his credit card information. Police are following up on the case.
Burglary
Occurred between 8:00 AM and 5:45 PM (9/15) – Franklin St.
Police responded to a report of a burglary. The victim stated that when he came home, he discovered his back door open. Upon closer inspection, he noticed his drawers, jewelry boxes, and bedrooms had been disturbed. Items reported stolen include a woman’s bracelet, woman’s necklace, and loose change. Police are following up on the case.
Occurred between 8:00 AM and 5:45 PM (9/15) – Franklin St.
While conducting an investigation of a burglary in an apartment building, officers discovered another apartment that had been broken into. Upon inspection, officers observed pry marks to the back door and several drawers opened in one of the bedrooms. No items have been reported missing at this time. Police are following up on the case.

Arrest
Police responded to a report of malicious damage. The victim stated that when he looked out of his apartment window, he observed a male suspect stop and hunch down around his vehicle. Upon inspection, the victim discovered that the suspect had punctured and flattened all four of his vehicle’s tires. Police subsequently located the suspect and placed him under arrest for malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a local store. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party, the store’s loss prevention officer, who stated that he observed a male subject place several items into his backpack and attempt to exit the store without paying. Officers subsequently located the suspect and placed him under arrest for shoplifting.
While conducting traffic enforcement, police observed a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and executed a traffic stop. Upon identifying the driver, officers discovered that her right to operate a motor vehicle in

Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that his vehicle’s front passenger side window had been smashed. Items reported stolen include a Tom Tom GPS, pair of sunglasses, car charger, loose change, and duffel bag full of power tools. Police are following up on the case.

While patrolling, officers observed a motor vehicle operating with an invalid registration sticker and executed a traffic stop. Officers ran a query of the driver’s information and discovered that her

Officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that when she went to use her father’s vehicle, she discovered the rear license plate missing. Police responded to a report of a past larceny. Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim who stated that his cell phone was stolen from a park bench in a local playground. The cell phone is described as a black Blackberry Curve. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a credit card fraud. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that when she received an e-mail from her bank notifying her of her recent purchases, she discovered two unauthorized charges to her account. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that her son’s IPod Touch had been stolen from the living room of their apartment. She informed officers that the only other people with access to the apartment are her husband and landlord. Officers found no signs of forced entry and are conducting a follow-up investigation.

Police responded to a report of a graffiti complaint. Upon arrival, officers observed a smiley face and the words "Skunk Neighborhood" etched into fresh wet cement on a town sidewalk. A report was filed.

Officers observed a motor vehicle traveling with an expired registration sticker and executed a traffic stop. A query was conducted of the driver’s information which revealed that his Mass driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for driving after suspension.
Fraud
Police responded to a report of a fraud. The victim reported that someone had attempted to access two of his charge accounts in two out of state stores. He informed officers that he was notified by the stores fraud divisions and that a charge had been made to one of his accounts. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of malicious damage to a motor vehicle. The victim stated that he discovered a screw had been placed in one of his tires when it began to show low tire pressure. He informed officers that he does not believe this happened accidentally as this is the fourth this has happened in the past ten years with the same exact type of screw found. A report was filed.

Occurred 10:58 AM (9/03) – Harvard St.
While patrolling, officers observed a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on the wrong side of the road and strike a pedestrian sign. Officers subsequently executed a traffic stop and placed the driver under arrest for failure to stop for a police officer, operating to endanger, marked lane violation, making an illegal left turn, speeding, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Police responded to a report of an assault and battery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that he observed a group of individuals assault a male victim and flee. Officers subsequently located the suspects and placed them under arrest.
Occurred 1:19 AM (9/05) –Harvard St. / Marion St.
Police executed a traffic stop for a driving violation. Upon identifying the driver, officers discovered that his Mass. driver’s license had expired and had also been suspended. Officers subsequently placed the driver under arrest for operating after suspension.

The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for driving after revocation and speeding.

Police responded to a report of a stolen package. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that she did not receive a package she was expecting. The victim contacted the mail carrier who confirmed the delivery of the package and stated that the package had been left at the front door of her apartment building. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a past larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that sometime while he was in a local restaurant, his wallet was taken from his rear pants pocket. Police were informed that the restaurant is equipped with video surveillance and will be following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a larceny. Officers met with the reporting party who stated that while she was in a local store, an unknown suspect took her wallet. The wallet is described as a cowhide wallet containing the victim’s credit cards and personal papers. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a local store. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party, a store employee, who stated that he observed a female subject place two packages of perfume into her purse. Police subsequently located and spoke with the suspect. The suspect will be summonsed into Brookline District Court for shoplifting.
Occurred 4:12 PM (9/05) – Harvard St.
Police responded to a report of a fleeing shoplifter. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the store’s security guard who stated that when the store’s alarm was set off, he observed a female subject carry multiple pairs of blue jeans out of the store and flee in a motor vehicle driven by a male subject. Police were unable to locate the suspects but will be conducting a follow-up investigation.

Police responded to a report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that her apartment had been broken into sometime during the weekend. She informed officers that she had been away from her apartment during this time and discovered several of her roommates’ items disturbed when she returned. Police are following up on the case.
Malicious Damage
Occurred 12:10 AM (9/06) – Beacon St.
Police responded to a report of malicious damage. Officers met with the reporting party who stated that sometime while she was sleeping, someone threw a rock through her living room window. Officers spoke a witness who stated that she observed two male suspects throw a rock at the victim’s apartment and flee. The suspects are described as white males, around 18-19 years of age, with a medium build, and approximately 5'7 to 5’8. Police are following up on the case.

Police executed a traffic stop for a driving violation. Upon identifying the driver, officers discovered that he did not have a valid driver’s license to operate in Mass. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for being not duly licensed.

Occurred between 10:00 AM and 11:56 AM (9/01) – VFW Park
Police responded to a report of a credit card fraud. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that while she was online looking at her bank account, she discovered four unauthorized withdrawals had been made from her account. She informed officers that she was still in possession of her card and does not know of anyone who would have done this. Police are following up on the case.
Burglary
Occurred between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM (9/01) – Washington St.
Police responded to a report of a burglary. Officers met with the victim who stated that upon returning home, he discovered his front window open and his personal belongings out of order. Items reported missing include a laptop, pearl necklace, backpack, and prescription medicine. Police will be conducting a follow-up investigation.

Police responded to a report of a pickpocket. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that while she was shopping, she assisted a male subject in the store. When she was done helping the subject, she discovered her debit card and a large sum of cash missing from her wallet. Police are requesting a copy of the store’s surveillance footage and will be conducting a follow-up investigation.

Police responded to a report of a larceny. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that someone had stolen her children’s bicycles from her front porch. One bike is described as a grey boy’s Diamondback Kalamar and the other bike is a blue girl’s Diamondback Vital. Police are following up on the case.

Police responded to a report of a past larceny. The victim reported that sometime while she was at work, her black Apple IPod was taken from her apartment. She informed officers that the building is currently having work done and there were numerous building workers in and out of her apartment building during the time of the incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the manager who stated that while he was conducting an inventory, he discovered one of his trailer vehicles missing. The trailer was last seen the previous day and was stored unlocked in the front entrance-area of the parking lot. A report was filed.
