March 25th

Arrest

Occurred 11:53AM (3/25) – 15 Egmont St.

Police executed a traffic stop for a driving violation. Upon identifying the driver, he was found to have a suspended license. The driver was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle after suspension.

Malicious Damage

Occurred between 8:00PM (3/20) and 6:00AM (3/25) – 1016 Commonwealth Ave.

Victim reported to police that his restaurant has been spray painted twice in the last five nights. Since the graffiti is located in the upper part of the building, officers suspect that the restaurant is being tagged from the roof. Police are following up on the case.

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle

Occurred between 7:30PM and 9:09PM (3/25) – Kent St.

Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The victim stated that she had parked her vehicle to attend yoga class and when she returned, her left rear window was smashed. There appeared to be nothing missing from the vehicle. Police are following up on the case.

Robbery

Occurred 7:52PM (3/25) – 155 Harvard St.

Police responded to a report of a customer disturbing. The victim stated that the suspect demanded money from her. The victim had been staying at the suspect’s home and refused to give him money. When she wouldn’t give him the money, the suspect threatened her. Upon identifying the suspect, he was found to have 5 outstanding arrest warrants, which he was subsequently arrested for, along with unarmed robbery, threats to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct.
