February 5th-7th

Arrest

  • Occurred 10:07AM (2/5) – 140 Abbotsford St.

Police executed a traffic stop for an expired Massachusetts driver’s license. The operator owned a valid New York license but did not have it in his possession. The operator was placed under arrest for being not duly licensed.

  • Occurred 10:33AM (2/5) – 850 Boylston St.

Police performed a traffic stop for a speeding violation. The driver told officers that he did not have a license in his possession but that he believed it was suspended. A check of the driver’s identification found his license to be revoked. The driver was placed under arrest for operating after revocation.

  • Occurred 10:06AM (2/6) – Harvard St./Longwood Ave.

Police executed a traffic stop for a driving violation. Upon identifying the driver, it was discovered that he did not own a Massachusetts license. The driver was arrested for not being duly licensed in Massachusetts.

Graffiti

  • Occurred between 12:00Pm (2/2) and 4:48PM (2/5) – 81 Green St.

Police responded to graffiti complaint. The complainant stated that there was some graffiti on the side of the awning by the entrance of the building. Police are following up on the case.

Assault

  • Occurred between 5:10PM and 5:20PM (2/7) – 525 Harvard St.

Police responded to a report of an assault and battery at a local liquor store. The victim worked at the store and had told the suspect that he had to wait in line in order to purchase his beer. The suspect then threw change at the victim and left the store with the beer, only to return the alcohol to the employee when confronted outside moments later. Police are following up on the case.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred 11:24PM (2/5) – 34 Rawson Rd.

Police responded to a report of malicious damage. A fist size piece of concrete was thrown through the front living room window. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 10:30PM (2/6) and 11:15AM (2/7) – 50 Pleasant St.

Victim reported to police that his vehicle had been damaged. There was a small hole and a crack located on the driver’s side front windshield. There were also several small dents along the driver’s side of the vehicle. Police are following up on the case.

Fraud

  • Occurred 4:13PM (2/6) – St. Paul St.

Victim asked for a summary of prescription drugs purchased by her from the CVS pharmacy and noticed that there were several narcotics that were never prescribed to her. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 1:28PM (12/20/09) and 1:28PM (2/3) – Washington St.

Victim reported to police that her jewelry had been stolen from her house. She noticed the jewelry was missing when she went to retrieve a piece. Police are following up on the case.
