September 22nd Police Reports

Fraud

  • Occurred between 6:35PM (8/19) and 6:35PM (9/9) – Sewall Ave.

Victim reported a series of unauthorized charges that were made through the use of her credit card. Victim feels that the individual who could have made use of her card may have been her brother. Police are currently working on getting the whereabouts of the suspect.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 12:00PM (9/10) and 12:00PM (9/13) – White Ave.

Victim reported that his ex-girlfriend was in possession of his property that he had left in her care. Upon retrieval victim was threatened by the suspect of a restraining order. Victim stated that the suspect had moved away with a few items and had left others behind in her old apartment. Detectives will be following up on the case.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 9:00AM (9/21) and 10:00AM (9/22) – 367 Harvard St.

Victim stated that her business sign was damaged by someone who placed a large sticker over it. Victim states that the original sign may be destroyed and may need to be replaced once the sticker is removed.

Revoked Registration

  • Occurred 9:18AM (9/22) – John St/Green St.

Subject was stopped by police after failing to stop at a stop sign. A check of the license and registration returned as revoked. Subject was cited for failure to stop for a stop sign, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle, and operating after revocation. Subject was advised to contact his insurance company and the RMV in regards to re-registering his vehicle. Subject will be summonsed to court
