Officers took a report of a check being taken from a mailbox, altered, and cashed fraudulently.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
Officers took a report of spare change being stolen from a car parked on Brook St. The vehicle was locked.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE
Officers took a report of a wallet stolen from a car parked on Cypress St. The car was unlocked, and a credit card from the wallet was used in an attempt to buy jewelry.

Officers responded to a call of a car being broken into and rifled through on Boylston St. Nothing was taken from the car.
