SCAM

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they had been communicating with someone online who had been assisting them in investing in Bitcoin. The scammer recommended an investing app, which turned out to be fraudulent. 

Tuesday, July 18

HOME INVASION

Officers responded to a report of an armed home invasion. 

SCOOTER THEFT

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that their two scooters had gone missing from Washington St. They had been secured with locks. The mopeds have since been recovered.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers took a report of a shoplifting that occurred on Harvard St. The suspect was arrested.

Wednesday, July 19

CAR BREAK

Officers took a report of the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was left unlocked on Thornton Rd overnight. They returned to find their vehicle had been rummaged through. Property was stolen.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers took a report of a package theft that occurred on Browne St. 

MV THEFT

Officers were called of Harvard St. for a report of motor vehicle theft. The reporting party shared that they had left their car parked in the bike lane while picking up a food order. The vehicle was running and unlocked.

Officers took a report of a package theft that occurred on Monmouth Ct. 

CHECK FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they noticed fraudulent activity in their bank account.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers took a report of a shoplifting that occurred on Harvard St.

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they have reason to believe they are a victim of fraud. 

Friday, July 21

ASSAULT

Officers took a report, where there was a physical altercation between two individuals. Neither party was charged.

FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they had noticed fraudulent activity on their bank account.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers were called to Browne St. to take a report of a package theft.

Saturday, July 22

ASSAULT

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they had been physically assaulted while riding a bike on Longwood Ave. The suspect was reportedly riding a motorcycle.

BIKE THEFT

Officers took a report of a bike theft that occurred on Kent St. The bike was locked at the time of the theft.

Sunday, July 23

SHOPLIFTING

Officers were called to Harvard St. for a report of shoplifting. The suspect was summonsed to court.

BIKE THEFT

Officers took a report of a bike theft that occurred on Ivy St. The bike was unlocked on the reporting party's front porch at the time of the theft.
