FRAUD - Officers took a report of ID fraud. The reporting party stated they discovered someone had registered for a credit card under their name. The matter is under investigation.

THEFT - Officers were called to Newton St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they parked their car in a parking lot overnight and discovered the next morning that the license plate had been removed. The matter is under investigation.

PACKAGE THEFT - Officers responded to Kent St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to retrieve the package, they discovered it had been opened and the contents removed. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they sent a deposit for an apartment that they had found online but later discovered that the listing was fraudulent. The matter is under investigation.

PACKAGE THEFT - Officers responded to High St for a report of a package theft. The reporting party stated they received an email about the delivery, but when they went to retrieve the package, it was gone. The matter is under investigation.

AUTO PARTS THEFT - Officers were called to Washington St for a report of an attempted theft. The reporting party stated they left their vehicle overnight in a parking lot and discovered the next day that someone had attempted to saw off the catalytic converter. The matter is under investigation.

The victim stated a male individual had forced their way into their residence, struck them, and began rummaging through their belongings. The victim was able to get away and make contact with the police. The matter is under investigation.

SHOPLIFTING - Officers were called to Commonwealth Av for a report of a past shoplifting. The reporting party stated they witnessed an individual enter the store, place items inside their jacket pockets, then flee the area without paying. The matter is under investigation.

THEFT - Officers responded to High St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they parked their vehicle on the street and returned the next day to discover that the license plate had been removed. The matter is under investigation.

GRAFFITI - Officers were called to Stetson St for a report of vandalism. The reporting party stated they discovered offensive graffiti on the sidewalk and on a tree. The matter has been referred to the Community Service Division.

FRAUD - Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they were alerted to a new bank account opened under their name, as well as new credit lines associated with the account. The matter is under investigation.

SHOPLIFTING - Officers were called to Harvard St for a report of shoplifting. The reporting party stated an individual had placed merchandise into his backpack. The suspect admitted to intending to take the items without paying and was placed under arrest for shoplifting.
