11:27AM: Police were dispatched to Bellingham Road for a
possible theft of a license plate. The reporting party told police that this
morning he noticed his front license plate to be missing. Officers inspected
the car and noticed small scratches which appear consistent with a minor motor
vehicle accident. It is possible the license plate was torn from the vehicle as
a result of the accident. The reporting party was unaware of any accident and
could not determine the last time he saw the license plate. Police are
investigating.
