11:04AM: Officers responded to a report of malicious damage on
Toxteth Street. The reporting party stated that he went to sleep around 1am and
when he woke up this morning at 8:20am he noticed a rock had been thrown
through his window. The reporting party said he and his family have no issues
with anyone that would cause someone to damage the window. The man had already
handled the rock before officers arrived so no fingerprints could be lifted.
