12:31 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to Boylston Street for a motor vehicle accident. The reporting part stated he had been traveling eastbound on Route 9 when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a parked car. Both of the vehicles were towed and the operator was issued a citation for Marked Lanes Violation.

12:59 p.m.: Officers responded to Cypress Street for a report of a stolen license plate. The license plate was stolen off of a vehicle parked on Davis Avenue sometime between 8:50 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. A stolen license plate report was completed.

An officer was dispatched for a report of a truck that took down utility wires on Allerton Street. The Brookline Fire Department determined the wires were cable television wires and posed no danger to the public. An officer observed damage to a porch at an address on Allerton Street and left a note for the resident detailing the incident and contact information for the police department.
