Armed Robbery
2:11 a.m.: Wednesday, July 26, 2017, an officer was assigned to the 547 marked unit, Officers patrolling in the area of Milton Rd and Cushing Rd observed a subject standing in the middle of the driveway who appeared to be yelling and looking in the direction of Cushing Rd. At the same time a call went over the radio for an address on Milton Rd stating that 2 people just entered the dwelling and put a gun in the callers face and just left.  At that time, several units were dispatched to the areaThe victim reports talking with a man about marijuana when all of a sudden he had a black colored automatic firearm pressed against his head.  The victim reports that the subjects took his marijuana and fled the scene. Several units had responded to the area and were canvassing the area for the suspects.  Officers were able to quickly locate the subjects and after further investigation, located a firearm ( later determined to be a BB gun), and several paper bags containing marijuana.  Two subjects were arrested and charged with robbery –firearm- residence.

12:35 p.m.: An officer was assigned to an address on Boylston Street where the party reported larceny of a scooter. A follow up by the detective division has been requested.

1:02 p.m.: An officer was assigned to an address on Linden Place, that party stated that when he was leaving his apartment he notied a suspicious male inside of his building. The party observed a packaged box that had been partially opened but does not appear to have anything missing. There is no further information at this time.

An officer was assigned to an address on Beacon Street to a party that reported a stolen bike tire. A report was taken and there is no further information at this time.
