6:55 pm: While on patrol in the area, an officer observed a vehicle travelling on Freeman Street go through a red light at the intersection of Pleasant Street. The officer conducted a traffic stop and the operator, an Uber driver, explained he had been distracted by a new pick up request he received on his phone.
