10:46am: A Brookline resident approached an officer attending the front desk of the Brookline Police Headquarters to report a past larceny. The victim reported on Tuesday, 7/19/2016, he had locked his two bicycles in the common storage area of his apartment building. The next morning, the victim discovered both bicycles were missing.

4:30pm: A Brookline resident approached an officer attending the front desk of the Brookline Police Headquarters to report her diamond ring had been stolen.  The victim stated on 6/30/2016, a moving company moved her belongings from her old apartment to her new apartment on Beacon St.  After unpacking her belongings over the course of the next few days, she had realized her diamond ring was missing.  She has spent the last few weeks searching unsuccessfully for her ring.

7/23/2016

9:27am: While on patrol, an officer was flagged down by a Brookline resident on Kent St. to report the front tire to her bicycle was missing. The victim reported locking her bicycle the night before and the next day found the front tire was missing while the rest of the bike remained intact.  No surveillance cameras were found in the area.

3:51pm: While on patrol, an officer was dispatched to a residence on Clinton Rd. for a report of a package theft. On scene, the victim stated at approximately 2:00pm he had three packages delivered to his house. On his arrival home, he had discovered the all three of the packages were opened; however, the only item taken was a cell phone charger.
