On November 4th a victim came to a police station to report
a larceny of a purse. The victim reported moving into Brookline on Beacon
Street a couple days ago. She discovered her purse was missing shortly after
completing the move in. This matter is still under investigation.
On November 4th officers were dispatched to Lawton Street
for a report of malicious damage to a vehicle.
Upon questioning the suspects the officers determined they were being
suspicious and ran their information to see if they had any prior offenses. The
officers searched the suspect’s vehicle and discovered drugs and opened
containers of alcohol. The suspects were arrested without incident.
On November 4th officers were dispatched to Commonwealth
Avenue for a report of a larceny of a building. Victim reported securing his
personal bag in a locker with a lock. When the victim returned he noticed
someone had broken into the locker and took some of his personal items. This
matter is still under investigation.
On November 5th officers were dispatched to Harvard Street
for a report of a larceny from a building. Victim reported monitoring a
customer at a store acting suspiciously. After witnessing the customer shoplift
the victim called the police. This matter is still under investigation.
