Police Reports 9/5

Sector 2
Larceny: Occ b/t 8/31 at 3:00pm & 9/3 at 9:00pm – Station St
Victims reported that they had 2 items stolen from the front vestibule of their building. Items were left in an unlocked storage area.

Sector 2
Larceny-Bike: Occ b/t 8/30 at 10:00pm & 9/2 at 11:55pm– St Paul St
Victim stated that his bicycle had been stolen. Victim claimed that the bike was secured to a bike rack in the rear parking lot of the building.

Sector 2
Traffic Offenses: 9/5 at 5:35pm – St Paul St & Sewall Ave
Officer observed a vehicle stopped in the middle of an intersection, blocking traffic. A query check revealed that the operator did not have a license and only an A number in Massachusetts. Operator was placed under arrest and charged with Not Duly Licensed and Blocking an Intersection.

Sector 2
Larceny: Occurred b/t 9/4 6:00pm & 9/5 at 8:00am – Linden Pl
Caller reported that two drainpipe were taken from the rear of a church.

Sector 3
Burglary: 9/4 at 5:00pm & 10:30pm – Verndale St
Victim reported someone stolen her laptop and wallet from her bedroom. Victim stated that the two front doors are usually left unlocked and sometimes left ajar. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing else was out of place. Fraudulent charges were made on her credit card.

Sector 3
Fraud: Occ b/t 9/2 at 11:37pm & 9/5 at 11:37pm – Lancaster Terrace
Victim stated that his Social Security number was being used under a different name. A follow up by the Detective Division is requested.

Sector 3
Malicious Damage-Auto: B/t 8/30 at 9:00am & 9/2 at 10:30am– Centre St Lot West
Victim stated that he noticed scratches on his vehicle. Victim stated that he has a parking permit to park in this lot on a daily basis. He also stated he parks the car in a different parking spot every day, and has not had any damage in the past.

Sector 4
Animal Bite: 8/5 at 7:40pm – Pond Ave
Victim stated that she and her husband were walking past a large dog (leased an accompanied by the dog walker) on the sidewalk of Pond Ave, when the dog bit her hand. The bite punctured the victim’s hand, and caused her hand to bleed. Victim later went to the emergency room and have her hand evaluated a day after the incident.

Sector 4
Traffic Offenses: 9/5 at 8:55pm - Boylston St & High St
Officer observed a vehicle failing to stop for the red signal light. A registration query revealed that the operator of the vehicle had an expired driving status. Operator will be charged with Failure to Stop for a Red Light and Not Duly Licensed.

Sector 4
Larceny-Bike: Occ on 9/5 b/t 2:30pm & 5:15pm – Davis Ave
Victim reported that his bike was stolen from the porch of his home. Bike was left unlocked on the porch.

Sector 8Lost Property: 8/5 at 7:01pm – Boylston St
Victim stated that her wallet and phone were missing. Victim claimed that she left her items in the bathroom and left without taking her belongings. When she returned to retrieve her property, she found them gone.
