Police Reports 5/14-5/15

Arrest: Occurred on 5/15 at 6:59 AM- Boylston St.

A vehicle traveled through a red light on Boylston St. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that he did not have a valid license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating without a License.

Arrest: Occurred on 5/15 at 3:05 AM- Harvard St.

An officer observed a female subject walking on Harvard St. who appeared to be intoxicated. The subject was drinking out of a plastic cup and she stopped to bang on the window of a business. The officer stopped the subject at the intersection of Harvard St. and Babcock St. The subject was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drinking. After a search of her person, she will also be charged with Carrying a Dangerous Weapon (box cutter). A query of the subject’s information also revealed that she had a straight warrant out of Boston District Court.

MV Theft: Occurred between 5/13 10:00 PM and 5/14 7:30 AM- Beacon St.

An individual reported the theft of his motorized scooter. The victim stated that the scooter was secured to a pole at the corner of St. Paul St. and Beacon St. overnight on 5/13. When the victim awoke, he discovered that the scooter had been removed from the pole.

Arrest: Occurred on 5/14 at 2:37 PM- Harvard St.

Officers observed three subjects, two male and one female, standing on the sidewalk on Beacon St. One male was going through a backpack while the other male and the female subject looked over their shoulders anxiously. Officers observed male subject #1 produce a prescription pill bottle to show the other subjects. The transaction ended and male subject #1 parted ways with the other two subjects. The officer conducted a threshold inquiry of male subject #1. A search of his person revealed several pills that did not match the subject’s prescriptions. The female subject and male subject #2 were also stopped. All three parties were placed under arrest.

Male subject #1 will be charged with Conspiracy to violate the Drug Law, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Class C, Class D, and Class E. The female subject and male subject #2 will be charged with Conspiracy to violate the Drug Law.
