Police Reports 3/27-3/28

Arrest: Occurred on 3/27 at 9:55 PM- Jamaica Way

A vehicle was traveling with an obstructed rear license plate. The officer conducted a traffic stop at Willow Pond Rd. and the Jamaica Way. A query of the driver’s information revealed that he had a suspended license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.

Arrest: Occurred on 3/27 at 9:25 PM- Allandale Rd.

A vehicle was traveling on Newton St. when it took a turn onto Grove St. without stopping for a red light. The officer conducted a traffic stop as the vehicle turned onto Allandale Rd. A query of the driver’s information revealed that he had a revoked license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Revocation.

Larceny: Occurred on 3/27 between 4:00 and 5:00 PM- Tappan St.

A Brookline High School student reported a larceny. The victim stated that he left his backpack unlocked in the locker room at the swimming Pool. When he returned, he noticed that his iPod had been stolen.
