Larceny

• Occurred between 9:00AM and 10:20AM (2/1) – 20 Kent St.

Police responded to a report of larceny from a building. The victim was at work and placed her purse under her desk. When the victim returned from the restroom, she noticed that her wallet was missing from her purse. Inside were numerous credit cards, two of which were subsequently used, her MA driver’s license, multiple retail credit cards, and cash. Police are following up on the case.

• Occurred 4:29PM (2/1) – 730 Commonwealth Ave.

Police responded to a report of shoplifting from a CVS. The suspect was being followed on foot by two employees. The store manager stated that he approached the suspect to question him about what he was doing, causing the man to flee the store. Police are following up on the case.

Burglary

• Occurred between 8:30AM and 6:30PM (2/1) – Independence Dr.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering. The victim stated that upon returning home from work, he noticed that his door was ajar, a window was open, and numerous items were out of place. A laptop computer, money, and three watches were missing. Police are following up on the case.
