Monday, November 10

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to Harvard St for a report of shoplifting.

Tuesday, November 11

ABANDONED PROPERTY

Officers were called to High St for a report of an abandoned bike. The bike was taken by officers and will be stored at the station.

ANIMAL BITE

Officers took a report of a past animal bite. The reporting party stated they were in a residential building when a leashed dog bit them in the leg. The owner was given a By-Law citation.

FRAUD

Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received an email claiming a new bank account was opened in their name using their information.

NOISE VIOLATION

Officers responded to St Paul St for a noise complaint. Officers issued a citation for noise violation to the party responsible.

Wednesday, November 12

SHOPLIFTING

Officers were dispatched to a business on Harvard Street for a report of shoplifting. The suspect was summoned to court. 

FRAUD

Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they discovered an unauthorized transfer took money out of their account.

Thursday, November 13

CAR BREAK

An individual reported that their car was broken into on Russell St. While the vehicle was parked and left unlocked, the suspect entered and stole the victim's property.  

BIKE THEFT

Officers were dispatched to Kent St for a report of a larceny. The reporting party stated they left their bike in a common storage unit and discovered it had been stolen several days later.

FRAUD

Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received an email claiming to be a contractor and requesting the final funds for the contracted work. The victim completed the transfer and later learned the email had been a scam.

LARCENY

Officers responded to Dummer St for a report of a theft from a building. The reporting party stated they left their property in the lobby of a residential building and returned to discover it was missing a day later.

FRAUD

Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received a phone call from someone claiming to be from the FBI and that they were being investigated for buying illegal firearms. The scammer requested a wire transfer to end the investigation,


Friday, November 14

ATTEMPTED CAR BREAK

Police received report of an attempted car break on Dwight Street. Two suspects were witnessed attempting to open several car doors, all of which were locked.

BURGLARY

Officers arrested an individual who gained entry into a residential complex on Harvard St. The suspect was arrested. 

Saturday, November 15

MV THEFT

Officers responded to Still St for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle has since been recovered. 

Sunday, November 16

ASSAULT

Two individuals engaged in a physical altercation outside a business on Beacon St. This incident was rendered service complete.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

Officers responded to Larkin Rd for a report of suspicious activity. The reporting party stated they were alerted to motion from their garage door. Nothing was reported stolen or broken.

LOST PROPERTY

A reporting party stated they lost their wallet in the vicinity of Boylston St and Harvard St.

ASSAULT

Officers responded to a report of assault on Park St. The suspect was arrested. 

SHOPLIFTING

An individual shoplifted from a business on Harvard St. The suspect will be summonsed to court.
