PACKAGE THEFT

Officers responded to a report of package theft from a building on Babcock Street where the reporting party returned to their residence to find their package was missing. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers received a report of shoplifting from a CVS on Boylston Street.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure where the suspect was observed urinating in a neighborhood.

PAKCAGE THEFT

Officers responded to a report of package theft from a residence on Dean Road, where the reporting party found their package with the contents missing. 

Tuesday, April 28

ANIMAL BITE

Officers received a report of an animal bite from a dog on a leash walking on Fuller Street. A citation was issued to the owner. 

COYOTE SIGHTING

Officers responded to a report of coyotes surrounding the reporting party and their dog while on a walk in the area of Sergeant Road. 

Wednesday, April 29

LARCENY

Officers responded to a report of larceny. The reporting party stated money was taken out of their bank account in the form of a check.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers responded to a report of a past package theft. The suspect entered the foyer of the residence and opened up various packages. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Beacon Street. 

FRAUD

Officers received a report of fraud where the reporting party's Coinbase account was hacked, leading to a loss of Bitcoin.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Harvard Street. The suspects were identified and arrested. 

Thursday, April 30

FRAUD

Officers received a report of credit card fraud where an unknown individual had access to the reporting parties' bank account and made withdrawals. 

FRAUD

Officers responded to a report of identity fraud where the reporting party was contacted and told something was wrong with their banking, which was a scam. 

FRAUD 

Officers responded to a report of fraud where several unauthorized withdrawals were made from the reporting parties' bank account.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of past shoplifting on Boylston Street.

FOUND PROPERTY

Officers received lost property, a pair of gold earrings, found in the Webster Street parking lot. The found property is at the Brookline Police Department for safekeeping.

Saturday, May 2

FIRE

Officers responded to a report of smoke emanating inside a gymnasium on Goddard Avenue. The fire was located and subsequently put out. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Harvard Street. 

LARCENY OF BIKE

Officers received a report of a stolen bicycle from Marshal Street. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Boylston Street. 

CAR JACKING

Officers responded to a report of car jacking on Franklin Street.
