THEFT

Officers responded to a report of a larceny that occurred as the reporting party was in the process of moving. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting that occurred on Commonwealth Avenue. The suspect was identified and arrested. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting that occurred on Commonwealth Avenue. The suspect, identified as the same from a previous shoplifting incident, was arrested. 

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers responded to a report of package theft from a building on Browne Street, where the reporting party looked for their package shortly after it was delivered, but it was missing. 

Tuesday, March 31

CAR BREAK

Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle on Windsor Road. The suspect was seen breaking into to two vehicles and stealing items before walking away. 

BIKE THEFT

Officers responded to a report of bike larceny, where the reporting party had locked their bike up the night prior, but in the morning, the bike was missing. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of a habitual shoplifter on Washington Street. The suspect was identified and arrested. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Commonwealth Avenue. 

FRAUD

Officers responded to a report of fraud. The reporting party relayed that there have been various fraudulent charges on their credit card since the end of January. 

THEFT

Officers responded to a report of scooter theft. The reporting party had left their scooter locked to a bike rack and upon returning, the lock had been cut and the bike missing. 

Wednesday, April 1

FRAUD

Officers responded to a report of fraud that included the reporting party paying for an item but never receiving it. 

MOPED THEFT

Officers received a report of a theft of a moped out of the reporting party's parking space, which they discovered was gone as they were going to work. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of a past shoplifting that occurred on Harvard Street. 

FRAUD

Officers responded to a report of fraud. The reporting party had accidently clicked on an email link, and was scammed. 

Thursday, April 2

FRAUD

Officers received a report of fraud where the reporting party had noticed an altered check in their bank statement. 

Friday, April 3

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Harvard Street. 

Saturday, April 4

FOUND PROPERTY

Officers received to a report of an abandoned bike, where a black hybrid bike was left in the reporting parties' driveway. The bike is at Brookline Police Station for safekeeping. 

GRAFFITI

Officers responded to a report of graffiti at a Santander Bank on Harvard Street. The graffiti was first observed in the morning of April 3rd. 

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers responded to a report of past package theft on Beacon Street. The reporting party had noticed a package addressed to themselves along with other packages in the lobby before leaving to run errands for a short time before returning to find them all missing. 

BURGLARY

Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering on Centre Street. 

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Harvard Street. 

Sunday, April 5

THEFT

Officers responded to a report of past theft from a lawn on Kenwood Street. The reporting party stated that a lawn sign was missing upon returning to their home.
