12:07PM: Police responded to Park Vale for reports of a graffiti complaint. The reporting party showed officers the graffiti in his garage. He stated that some of the images had been there since November 2018, but recently the graffiti has gotten worse. The man noted that high school aged kids tend to hang around his back area in the late afternoon. This is being investigated.
