12:35 PM- An officer was dispatched to Monmouth Street for a
report of graffiti on a rear fence. Upon
arrival the officer was met by the property owner who directed him to the rear
fence. Two areas of the fence were
observed to be spray painted. The property
owner reported she observed it earlier in the day but believed that the
graffiti was at least a week or more old.
One image was sprayed in black paint and the other in gold. Other buildings in the area had graffiti as
well as different colors and symbols.
This case is under investigation.
