1:40 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle that had failed to stop for a stop sign which was located at the intersection of Babcock Street and Freeman Street. The operator of the vehicle failed to have his driver’s license. The subject was issued a citation for operating after revocation and failure to stop for a stop sign.

An officer responded to an address on Chestnut Street where the party had reported that two bikes were stolen from their apartment building. The surveillance video was unable to view any potential suspects.

9:00 p.m.: An officer responded to a building on Kent Street where the reporting party stated that their wallet had been missing from their backpack. There is no surveillance system at this address.
