Rape Aggression Defense

This workshop is designed to educate women in basic risk awareness, avoidance techniques, and confrontational principles. The R.A.D. System is dedicated to teaching women defense concepts and techniques against various types of assault, by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense/martial arts tactics.
