February 3rd

Arrest

  • Occurred 10:06AM (2/3) – Kent St./Sewall Ave.

Police executed a traffic stop for a broken taillight. The operator told police that he did not have a valid driver’s license. Upon confirmation, the operator was arrested for being not duly licensed.

  • Occurred 8:16PM (2/3) – 830 Boylston St.

Police performed a traffic stop for speeding. Upon identifying the operator, it was discovered that the operator’s driver’s license was suspended. The operator was placed under arrest.

Fraud

  • Occurred between 2:10AM (1/18) and 2:38PM (2/3) – Sewall Ave.

Victim reported that his bank had contacted him to report two irregular withdrawals from his credit card account. Both withdrawals were made in Montreal, Canada. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 4:00PM (1/22) and 7:00AM (1/25) – 310 Hammond Pond Pk.

Victim reported to police that while working he had noticed a large piece of equipment was missing. None of the other employees took the item or saw anyone take it. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 7:16AM (2/3) – 132 Amory St.

Police observed a vehicle in a parking area with all four rims and tires missing. The owner of the vehicle was contacted. The victim stated that she had parked her car in her assigned spot yesterday after work and hadn’t noticed anything suspicious throughout the night. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred 9:19PM (2/3) – 186 Marlborough St.

Police, working in conjunction with TJ Maxx employees, arrested a man suspected of multiple shoplifting incidents.
